The location of the hotel is excellent - within 10-minute walking distance to the old town, but not right at the centre of it where the noise and crowd level is extremely high. The hotel is aesthetically designed to a high standard. The owner obviously made a lot of effort on the interior. Free bikes to use, which is very convenient to travel around the small town of Hoi An. Did not use the riverside bar or the private beach, so couldn't comment on that. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Tripadvisor rated this as a five-star hotel, but Google map says it's three-star. It's confusing. We stayed at Peninsula Da Nang Hotel before to Hoi An, and I'd say the facilities of this hotel probably can't meet the five-star standard, but definitely better than most three-stars. The price, however, is even more expensive than Peninsula on a non-weekend. A bit over-priced. Tourist facilities overall are hype-priced in Hoi An in comparison to Da Nang.

The staff were the best part of our stay. They were so helpful and ready to help with what ever we needed. Amiee was delightful, friendly and professional. I think she was a manager and her staff was as friendly and sweet as she was. Amiee made sure we had everything we needed with such a wonderful manner. I hope this company realizes the value that Amiee brings to this hotel. Thank you, Amiee!

The only thing we weren't sure of was what we paid. Booking .com and the hotel advertised $297 for 5 nights. I thought we were paying $297/5 nights. We actually paid $1247. It was my bad because after I booked the hotel I never again looked at the details again because I had a confirmation number. $1247. from what I could see in Hoi An hotels bought you the best Hoi An had to offer. $200/night gets you a very, very upscale hotel. I doubt the people that were staying at this hotel were paying $200/night based on the hotel rates in Hoi An. I didn't make an issue of it because I should have checked the details when I received the confirmation. All this said we enjoyed our stay at Little Riverside "Luxury" Hotel. Bonnie USA

Loved being able to walk to Old Town. Perfect mix of comfort and convenience. My daily interactions with staff - front desk , restaurant crew and Jen the manager elevated my overall experience . It was a relaxing stay with great food and nearby shops .

Very good. Only complaint occasional shortage fresh fruit This is a really delightful small hotel a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the OldTown. The staff make this hotel special . They will always have a kind word and give practical advice .If you are traveling alone you will never feel isolated or lonely here . There is a lovely Vietnamese gentleness and concern for your welfare from the staff. It was our Number One hotel during our 6 week stay in the Danang area

Situated overlooking the river. Boats traveling up and down especially in the evening. A large number of these boats do not have silencers . Noisy!

This hotel is as the name suggests right next to the river. It also has a pool on the 5th floor with a bar and chairs and sun beds that looks over the river. It is worth asking for a river facing room although they all have small balconies. They also have a barge moored outside where you may dine or have a drink and watch the river boats passing by. A short walk along the river takes you to the Old Town where there are shops and many restaurants. All very colourful at night when the boats are decked out with lights The staff were polite and very friendly and the food available Vietnamese and European. Nothing seemed too much trouble and all very knowledgeable. Weused Grab for taxis and also E-Taxi. Very reasonable by UK standards. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a cute small hotel. The staff are friendly, there's a serviceable breakfast buffet, with a terrace overlooking the river. The rooms are smallish but nicely appointed and it's a short walk away from the main bustle of the town. Our favourite spot was the rooftop pool where we took advantage of the nice weather to chill out. We enjoyed our happy hour drinks up there. The staff are very friendly and they brought up a surprise cake for my daughter as it was her birthday.

If you don't pay for a river view, you can end up with a view of a cement wall. Every morning we were woken up by doors banging shut when other guests left their rooms.

The location was lovely i had a spacios room overlooking the river. The staff were reallt helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice from fresh fruit and yoghurt to tasty omelettes.

I am a tall man and unfortunately the bikes from the hotel are tiny and you cannot raise the saddles enough. I really wanted to explore the area but i had to exchange with a friends hotel bike when we went to the beach. It is the only issue i would have with the hotel but unfortunately affected my ability to really enjoy hoi an properly. I raised it with the staff but there was no respknse ir offer to get one to suit me... Pity because it is the only drawback to the property.

The staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful - and even make the effort to get to know your name. The location is perfect, overlooking the river and 10 minutes walk from the old town, yet it is quiet and calm. Our room had a chic boutique hotel style with a huge bath. The bed was comfortable and the balcony, although not officially river view, still had a view so we could watch the lantern boats go by. The breakfast was my husband’s favourite in Vietnam, with a wide variety of Vietnamese and western options. We can also recommend the afternoon tea and cocktails on their boat moored outside. We didn’t use the rooftop pool because it wasn’t warm enough but it looked beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great about this hotel. It is located on the river in Hoi An just far enough away from the centre and market to be peaceful but only five minutes walk to everything. The staff were exceptional without being overly intrusive. This hotel was a great find as we originally booked La An Central Boutique in Hoi An but on arrival the room we booked wasn't available and the one we were offered was absolutely awful. We searched for an alternative in a bit of a panic and found Little Hoi An Riverside. We arrived at the hotel within an hour of booking and they were expecting us! The pool is lovely with views over the river and breakfast was excellent. There is also a boat moored beside the hotel that you can enjoy drinks and meals on as well as the dining room and outdoor seating area. They also have free bikes which we used to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it was great!

Fantastic! My wife and I spent 8 nights here, it was a great experience that started from check in. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and happy. Thanks to Rose, Amber, May, and everyone for making this a great memory. A few details: - Room was spotless and well appointed, and the service convenient to work around. - A room with a river view is worth it. We spent a lot of time admiring the river in the day, and especially at night with the boat laterns lit. - Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety. - We used the hotels service for booking private tours outside Hoi An. A little more than doing it yourself, but worth the piece of mind for a good driver and vehicle. Definitely recommend!!!
