The personal welcome at the hotel was great! We got a lot of information about all the activities in Hoi An. We had two nice rooms one on the ground floor and the other with a nice balcony on the second floor. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and lovely decorated with the Vietnamese painting. In the morning we got a local breakfast: Bahn Mie sandwich of Pho soup. And we liked the home made yoghurt, fruit and pancakes as well. Around the corner of the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and coffee places. It was a nice walk to the city centre of 10-15 minutes and we also used the hotel bikes to visit the beach and rice fields.

It is a nice small hotel besides your room there is not much privacy in the public spaces such as the pool, breakfast room and lobby. But the other guests were really relaxed.

Lovely place to stay a short walk or cycle from the walking street and town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautifully designed place. The room was super comfortable and very spacious with a huge balcony and luxurious bathroom.

Building works were going on when we were there - if you are out and about in the day it would be no problem as the working hours were quite short, but I had planned to work at the Hotel in the day. It would have been helpful to have been told in advance.

This place is very special. The standard of accommodation is always important but at Zen Villa it is the people that take it to the next level. Vy, Vien and Khánh are the most wonderful people you could meet. The smiles, the amazing breakfast, the chats and the helpful attitude have made Zen Villa one of our favourites

Really happy with our 6-night stay at ZEN. Convenient location, reasonable room prices and helpful staff just made everything easy. The staff went above and beyond - special shout out to Vi in particular, who was incredibly accommodating, suggesting and serving us Hoi An specialty breakfasts that weren't necessarily on the menu. We also received a parting gift from the staff, who noticed our love for the special Hoi An chilli sauce - a thoughtful touch that showed just how much they care about their guests.

We LOVED this Boutique Hotel. It perfectly matched the vibe of Hoi An. It was quiet and off the beaten path a little which we liked. The hotel provided us with free bikes whenever we needed them and a Motorbike rental for 180VND/day. It was HOT when we visited Hoi An and when we got home from exploring the city, a dip in the cold pool was EXACTLY what we needed. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice. They took our breakfast orders in the evening and we were welcomed every morning with banana pancakes, amazing fresh fruit, yogurt, and either Pho or Eggs (you request that part). It was really an awesome stay and I definitely recommend this hotel (especially for the price!!).

Lovely big room with an amazing bathroom en-suite. Beautiful terrace. I so looked forward to my breakfast each morning, they were amazing. We left it up to the staff (sorry can't remember the guys name) to surprise us with his choice the four days we were there and he didn't disappoint us! I can honestly say, I have never taken an hour to each breakfast of a morning, but staying in this hotel makes you want to take your time and enjoy the whole experience! The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk into town and then a lovely scenic ride (on their free bikes) across the rice fields to the beach. All the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the big balcony, big room and huge bathroom. It was a nice small hotel with not many rooms where you get privacy. Very good breakfast and value for money. It’s walking distance to old quarter and you can easily bike to the beach through the beautyful countryside - the hotel is also right next to countryside.

Only thing to be aware of is that it looks like you book a big room with balcony, but we first got the room on groundfloor with small terrace and no view. We did get upgraded to another room though - but be aware of this if you book it for the balcony and the view. It would be nice if there were specific pictures of the actual room you book. Staff is overall nice but not the most personal experience we had in Vietnam - however if you don’t care about that, it’s a very good stay for your time in Hoi An.

We loved every minute at ZEN! The staff is exeptionally nice and they will arrange anything for you and help you with bookings and give tips about what you can do in the area. Breakfast is just amazing! Fresh fruit, pancakes and choice between noodles and egg. Hoi An old town is 15 minutes by foot and 10 minutes by bike (which you can rent for free!). Would really recommend staying here!

We loved everything: the location was perfect, 15mins to old town, close to rice fields, the staff especially Vy was absolutely adorable and welcoming and answering all our questions, the interior design was fabulous, very elegant and spacious rooms with wooden furniture, the bathrooms were beautiful and the breakfast was great. There is even a very relaxing meditation room. We ended up extending our stay because we were too comfortable.

Thanks to the family this place has a warm and loving energy to it. I prolonged my stay two times because I fell in love with Hoi An and I felt very much at Home in the Zen Boutique. The owners helped me with several tasks such as laundry service, shipping a package to my home country, booking trips and spa appointments. I also used the free bikes a lot. The room is huge, quiet and modern. And the breakfast is delicious and made with love.

The meditation room is beautiful but next to a loud street. I am not far enough on my meditation journey to relax here, but this can be embraced as a challenge ;) The rooms are quiet though, so don‘t worry about it.
