What an amazing place! It's perched on a cliff overlooking the waterfall and river and everything is planned to make the most of the view. The public areas are beautiful and so interesting, it felt like there was always something new to discover! My bungalow was very interesting, a bit like The Crazy House, made of concrete attached to the side of the cliff. It felt like I was in a cave, a sparkley cave! The bedding was a little damp but this was the case with 2 out of the 3 hotels I stayed at in the area. The staff were a little gruff compared to other places but nice enough once they smiled (this could have been a language barrier thing) and very kindly drove me to the airport the next morning. I would absolutely recommend staying here but would say to give yourself time to really explore and enjoy the place. I arrived shortly before dark and left early morning and I feel like I didn't see everything, although I must have taken a hundred photos in that time. I didn't even find the pool for example. I would definitely stay here again.

The bedding was a little damp but not as bad as at The Crazy House. Wear the slippers because the concrete crumbles on the floor and is not nice to stand on.

Second time staying here at this awesome hotel. This is a great hotel on the edge of the old town. It's clean and quiet and the pool is heavenly after the heat of Vietnam. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and will help you with anything you need and ask how your day was. I stayed in a lower room this time, and while it wasn't as fresh as the upper level I would definitely choose this room again for the convenience to the pool. I love this hotel and I will stay here every time I come to Hoi An.

The bathroom was a little smelly when I would first walk into my room but I'd only notice it for a minute. It wouldn't stop me from staying in this room again but the drains might need looking at.

The pool is fantastic. The staff are great. Nice location. Love the garden around the pool. This place has so much potential.

The place needs a refurb, modernising, walkin showers, double glazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. We spent there 4 nights and they always had for us good recommendations about the trips from Hoi An, places to buy some souvenirs or local tailor - opposite to the hotel there is a great tailor. Hotel's services like laundry or help with organisation of transportation is fairly priced. Location of the hotel is close to the old quarter and easy to find.

Small choice at the breakfast. Enough to avoid being hungry, but boring after two days.

This is a fabulous hotel with lovely helpful staff and beautiful big family rooms. The pool was an excellent place to chill out in the heat and the location is superb. We arranged a late checkout and nothing was a problem at all. I am so glad we stayed here and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

The grass has been removed so the ground around the pool was very hot, however they provide footwear so it wasn’t a problem.

The room smelt really damp, we had laundry done and a lot of our lighter clothes were stained. the staff were great and had them rewashed for free, but you can still see some stains. Rooms and pool are a little outdated.

The guy on reception was super friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English as well. We had a triple room that was a very good size, comfortable beds, good air con. It was clean and quiet. We could rent bicycles there at a good price, arrange taxis to and from airport. Location was a short easy walk or cycle ride into the old town.

The breakfast was not great, but it was cheap. Everything else was very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grand but old hotel. Really nice to swim in the pool each day. Location was very close to the old town and river. Windows on both aides of my room overlooking both pools. Hired a push bike from the hotel.

Bit dated. Shower in bath. Room a bit musty at first. But really like the stay.

Location of the property is perfect near everything markets food tailors very happy with our stay breakfast was beautiful and very accommodating to our needs

Pool was a little green as undergoing maintenance but they arranged a private pool for us to use until there was fixed

This was a repeat visit that confirmed the previous one: extremely friendly and competent staff going out of their way to accommodate's one's wishes; good location despite being a bit eccentric; welcoming swimming pool for a splash after a day's touring.
