Excellent From view to location to cleanliness, everything was superb They had upgraded our room to suite. Stayed there for 4 nights Pool was super clean as well.my son enjoyed it alot There was a pool n snooker table as well.... Daily housekeeping .balcony was spacious..suite was super spacious..bed was comfortable Breakfast buffet had many options American as well as Asian Location was perfect for a walk to market Entire property was super clean Staff was courteous and very sweet just like the rest of vietanmese people. Would definitely stay here on my next visit to hoi An. The rooms were actually better then pictures posted in website..also bathroom was spacious......

Nothing to dislike

Travelled alone, had a great stay at this hotel for 6 nights- staff were super helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful , great egg station, pool was lovely (always in shade), enjoyed the cocktails, tasted delicious - located 10 minute walk from old town, 2 atms in same street- Taxis approximately 10-15 mins to beach costs about £3.00-£4.00 each way- Cham islands made a great day excursion- I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner(side of bath), back of door.

Loved this hotel best of all the ones we stayed at in Vietnam. It was small enough to avoid the big bus crowds that fill larger hotels. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The bar menu and service around the pool was amazing. The rooms were lovely with a balcony to dry wet swimmers. The location is fabulous, just out of the craziness of Old Town but close enough to walk or ride. There's laundry, spa and eating places all around. Loved it.

Showers over the bath sent water everywhere and flowing onto the bathroom floor.

Room was a good size and we got upgraded to a balcony overlooking the pool Breakfast was the best we had on our travels with good variety The pool was lovely but could get very busy in the afternoons Location is about a 20 minute walk to the main walking streets and lanterns so a little out of the main hustle and bustle Spa was great we had a couples massage for under £10 each Hoi an is a must visit when in Vietnam - we loved the streets and the evenings in the street markets and on the lantern river.

The shower temperature didn't really get very warm - fine for a refresh but not for a proper wash Pool being a bit busier than we would have liked but we didn't spend loads of time there anyway.

The pool was a lovely little oasis, always with some shade and some sun and really nice sitting areas. The lobby and other areas were the nicest we have come across. The rooms we had were lovely, plenty of room to crawl around for a little one. Breakfast for us as a family with a one year old was great something for everyone even if it wasn’t the biggest selection. The location is great, walking distance to lots of places. But the highlight above everything else was the spa treatments, the family group we were travelling with had all had several massages etc at different locations, nothing come close to how good these experiences were.

We didn’t really have a fault, one of the rooms had an issue with the water but a change was offered right away so it could be fixed. The bathrooms could be better but again no really issues.

The staff are exceptional. They are very friendly, customer focused and attentive. The swimming pool was clean and accessible and used every day by interested members of our family. The breakfast was good, but a bit limited in terms of non-Vietnamese food. However, it satisfied our needs. The staff were amazing in providing information and assistance whenever we requested. Two of our family members used the on-ground massage facility, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I liked everything in this hotel. The room was very clean and has all what you need : bed stands , desk , kettle , iron , hair dryer , bathroom kits . it as a spacious room with a nice pool view. The breakfast food in the restaurant is fresh , well varied . Service is very good and the overall place is clean. The Wifi in the whole hotel works very well. The staff is a game changer in this hotel : there wasn't something that they didn't help mw with to the point of booking my ticket for the Hoi An memories show. The location of the Hotel is outstanding , in very safe well populated area , very close to the Hoi An old city . Walking distance is a pleasure .

The Hadana is an extremely comfortable grand colonial style hotel. We had a family room and it was very spacious with a balcony looking over the rice paddies. It is 800m walk from the ancient town. The bathrooms were modern and comfortable, as were the beds, the pool was excellent especially during the height of the day, the shade of the building made it a little cooler at other times. The TV had the full complement of cable channels found in Vietnam. The spa had very luxurious yet cheap massages. The staff were the highlight of our four day stay, with Sen, Quynh and Mei at the front desk assisting me with communicating with my future accommodation in Saigon, recharging my sim card, booking affordable taxis, recommending tailors and restaurants and returning my phone when I had left somewhere (before I even knew I had lost it). . We will definitely return to this hotel should we come back to Hoi An. We got our laundry done cheaply at the mini mart across the road, it was a very easy comfortable enjoyable stay and very value for money.

The only blip in our stay was dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our food came out very slowly and it was not of the same delicious standard as can be found at the many many eateries just outside the hotel. The food was inexpensive, however. Breakfast at the hotel was fine

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious. The swimming pool is also very nice and well maintained. I really like this hotel and recommend it to everyone visiting Hoi An.
