Amazing hotel in everyway - best service so far in my 3 weeks of travelling Vietnam. My first contact was with the concierge a young man who went out of his was to help me from the moment I arrived until a left the following day. All staff were helpful and genuinely charming. The facilities from spa to restaurants cannot be faulted. My room was large, clean with a fantastic city view. Many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Amazing views from a 31st floor. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, and high quality amenities, specially the soft toothbrush. Delicious buffet breakfast with cheese, croissants, jam, waffles and pancakes with chocolate. Very friendly and helpful staff. The treatments at the spa were astounding. The Sky bar was very cozy.

There was a power cut due to a heavy storm and lights went off. When the hotel generator turned on, the TVs from all the rooms turned on automatically at the same time, becoming a bit noisy, but solved after calling reception. The pool was cramped with noisy Vietnamese kids, so it was not the proper atmosphere to relax. In fact, I'm not rating it with a 10 because of this. At the restaurant, some dishes and drinks were not available. In my opinion, 5* is a bit too much, I would stay with a 4* classification.

Everything was perfect. Spacious clean room. Clean bedsheets and towels. Great view from the room. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city in Vincom mall. On the first floor of the mall there is a coffee shop and a supermarket. The gym is also nice and the staff speak good English. Hotel is 10/10

The swimming pool is just 1.25m

The hotel is well located in a nice area of the city, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable and clean, the breakfast is fabulous. The staff are very good, particularly the lady manager at reception desk, Tram, was kind, welcoming and very helpful and she speaks excellent English which is useful for people who cannot speak Vietnamese.

I liked everything

Great location. Vincom Mall is downstairs. There are many food options around the property. Parking is included. Breakfast option is not too bad. Good value for the money.

Parking is disorganized. It's not the hotel's fault but they can definitely work something out with the mall management.

Excellent location in the city centre. with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing and the staff incredibly helpful. Very good value for money - I would highly recommend it!

The gym could have more equipment.

The location is quite convenient surrounded by coffee and restaurants... with reasonable price. the furniture is new and clean. and the corner rooms gave us great view

The swimming pool is nit only for guests (???) and there is no instruction in gym center. Not many equipments

.Location was great and found the breakfast was all I would need, great selection for most cultures, staff were fantastic, especially the breakfast staff.

There wasn't enough bench space in the room for what I needed and the checkout process was tiring, I had a taxi waiting but had to sit and wait till someone had checked the room in case I stole or damaged something, the checking was understandable but took ages.

The turn-down service was excellent for the LEVEL while I entered the room, and it really surprised me. And the Level Lounge is quite excellent. All the receptionists are good, and the service is so touching and awesome.

Worst part of experience. Narrow choice. Very small portions on show : eg Cheese, butter, toasting bread bacon, ham, fruit ( very old and slow machine, not clean) Slow, dim witted and unhelpful staff and service
