We love Gloria!!! Gloria, the host, went out of her way with everything: Kindness, service, support and, and, and ... , the accommodation is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the city center, it is within a beautiful, well-kept garden that provokes to calm down and relax even during rainy days, nice terrraces in front of every room. The team prepared good breakfast in front of the pool and helped with laundry. Dear Gloria: Thank you again very much for driving us to the bus station early in the morning and for sending a parcel to us to Lusaka. That was awesome!!! :-)

It's very nice to sit in the garden and enjoy the pool with a cold drink. Don't hesitate to ask for help, they are genuinely helpful and when they provide a service it is at a very fair price. Breakfast is nice and they even offered to pack it for us as we were leaving very early on the last day.

Sometimes the generator is needed to provide electricity (the grid is a little weak in Zambia and they load shed). Personally I would prefer no electricity and no generator noise, but I can see that others would prefer to be able to charge their cameras and other devices. However they are also using Solar power as much as possible and try to keep the generator to a minimum.

Attractive property in a secluded part of town within easy walking distance of town centre. Beautiful relaxing garden with large swimming pool. Pleasant staff always on hand to attend to any needs and advise on the multitude of things to do in the area and beyond. Livingstone is the ideal place from which to plan your trips and adventures. A very comfortable place, with a very good breakfast and a nice pool, in an attractive garden. Gloria and her staff were welcoming and really helpful, going out of their way to help. The location is good in a quiet area about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Livingstone - and easy to find a taxi on the road outside. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We would thoroughly recommend it.

The A/C in our room was a little noisy, but very effective - so not really a problem. Everything else was just about perfect!

A nice unit in a lovely garden setting. Very comfortable bed. Little table and chairs just outside unit. Breakfast was very good. Was able to sit with other guests and enjoy chatting with them. Gloria let us know ahead of time that we needed to pay by cash. We were very appreciative to know this ahead of time.

Unit is not located close to town and restaurants although it is within a 15 minute walk. Loadshedding. Not Gloria’s fault. She has solar as a back-up.

We loved the warm welcome, the breakfast, the friendliness, the closeness to falls, everything was fantastic 😀 It was my mother's birthday and Gloria had arranged an amazing cake to be made as a surprise upon our arrival.. so yummy!! We enjoyed the laid back vibe, the way that Gloria went out her way to make us feel special, she even drove us to the airport, herself! Thanks for an amazing stay, Gloria. See you next time 🙂

Gloria was exceptionally helpful and helped with anything we needed. Even managed to arrange a game drive for the next morning for us. The room was clean and modern and the bed comfortable. Location just outside the town. Quiet and safe. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Every staff was really helpful, they provided all the services that we requested. Gloria was friendly and helpful as she helped us arrange our day trip and drive us to a restaurant in the evening. We really enjoyed our time, and I highly recommend the place.

Gloria's place is comfortable for a couple of nights in Livingstone. It has the basic amenities, clean, quiet with AC/heat. The pool is inviting. Breakfast is good Overall a decent value for Livingstone

It's location is in a quiet area away from main streets but roughly 1-2 km away from any restaurants. walkable but at night very quiet and dark, if unsure, take a taxi.

Property is well cared for, Excellent Service by Gloria's team. We enjoyed the large refreshing pool. Rooms were cleaned daily. Facilitated our excursions which were top notch. Highly recommend Gloria's! Gloria's team took care of our laundry for a nominal cost. Gloria's daughter, Vanessa was helpful and recommended some very nice restaurants.
