This place is beautiful. Staff very respectful. Property very well managed and maintained. Service can be a little bit slow. The whole place is elegantly decorated with stunning modern finishes.

It can get a little crowded. Restaurant food need a bit variety. The plastic glasses are a No No in such an establishment.

Selling bottle of water for K40 while the same bottle is K2.99 at Shoprite down the road seemed like a strip search though. For dinner, not even having juices for the buffet and you pay for all the drinks was not appetizing.

Great location with an excellent activities desk making it easy to sign up for activities. Good location to explore the area. Very beautiful decor and well thought out layout.

Mosquitoes. It’s hard to avoid due to proximity to the river but areas such as the escalator should be sprayed a little more frequently.

The hotel is fairly new with all modern amenities. It is clean and the staff are wonderful. It is located close to the falls. The swimming pool is a salt water swimming pool which is lovely and maybe heated, well at least while I was there the water was at decent warm temperature. The pool and some of the rooms overlook the Zambezi river. All in all enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort.

The restaurant has a sign which says it is halaal or halaal friendly, however they serve pork, this would not then be halaal. There needs to be a total separation of the two. Things in Livingstone in general are expensive including food, almost everything is quoted in US$. All tours and excursions in US$ and are notably expensive for local travelers or even travelers from the SADC region or Africa in general.

Beautiful stylish rooms kitted out with everything you would need (including complimentary mosquito spray and a mosquito net over the bed). Breakfast buffet was lovely and one of the most complete spreads I’ve seen. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the view of the Zambezi and the mist/clouds rising from Victoria Falls is enchanting, both from the room balcony and from the viewing deck. Would be great for families, as the children’s activity area and mini-golf area look like a lot of fun. They also organize daily sunset cruises - although I wasn’t able to partake, I wish I could have!

The wifi was a little spotty and would drop at times, although it wasn’t a huge hindrance to my enjoyment of my trip. The hotel is a bit removed

It's a new establishment with great facilities, excellent staff, good food, clean and comfortable rooms, with a turndown service, and awesome views of the Zambezi. There is really nothing to fault in terms of the hotel. The sunset cruise was very enjoyable, with tasty snacks and beverages.

We were there over a weekend, and there was loud music from the bar area from 9 in the morning till the evening on Saturday and Sunday. It got a bit too much 😫. Would've been happy if it was perhaps only for a few hours late afternoon into the evening. Would've loved to lie down on the beautiful loungers, read a book, take a nap, listen to the beautiful sounds of nature and take it all in. But the atmosphere was more of a party vibe, which isn't for everyone.

Every staff member from the hotel receptionist, concierge, activity planner, barman, waitons to the life guards, they all were courteous and extremely obliging. Their polite and friendly demeanor distinguishs them from their contemporaries. The staff are would go out of their way to make you comfortable. The Chef's complimentary birthday cake was sublime. Meticulous attention to detail. Perfect location. Satisfying amenities. Delicious breakfast with a mouth watering variety of dishes to suit most all palates ranging from Asian dishes to local Zambian cuisine, continental and Italian. A stone throw away from the falls, tours at your doorstep, it is undoubtedly the perfect weekend birthday celebration holiday destination.

The hotel is brand new, very nice (even more than the photos), the staff is profesional, fast to respond and always happy to help. Special Thanks to Naomi who made lots of efforts to help me in the check in process while I had a problem with the payment. The food at the hotel is very good, and the prices are good as well. Everything was great and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel.

As there is no night life in the area, it would be nice if the hotel offers night activities or events around dinner time, like a show or live music. Also, I had to take some work meetings while staying there, and it was challenging to find a quiet area, music was loud everywhere. I had a 1 hour massage appointment at Amani SPA, the place looks amazing, and the staff is very.nice, however the therapist wasn't professional and I had to ask her to stop after 30 minutes.
