About the hotel itself, I have no complaints.

Advance prepayment (possible foreseeable charges) without my permission and without giving my PIN is not my liking. It is a demonstration of mistrust. The hotel should inform in their homepage that it is a family-friendly location so that elder clients should not come. I was disappointed seeing a crying baby at the restaurant among all adults. At the indoor pool near the naked area, there was a child shouting and singing. It is annoying to see that knowing that this hotel is mainly used for meeting participants, conference attendees, and holiday seekers. Babies and children under the ages of 15 should not be allowed in the facilities since all other customers feel badly and each of us pay a lot for some quietness and relief and relaxation and not for distress.

Spa is very good, excellent outdoor Jacuzzi, beautiful saunas, overall very friendly staff, excellent location and view, good choice of drinks at lobby bar, all very clean.

As I have booked one of the best, or even the best accomodation (duplex suite), I expected that furniture would be of good quality (not some old sofa and chairs with many stains and all very used), too high price for not renovated duplex suite. Duplex suite has excellent space and should be enjoyable for people which pay for it. At lobby bar in the evening,it is only one member of staff (both nights I had drinks there, excellent and dedicated person), so she or he can not timely fulfill orders and waiting time is not acceptable, and also some light music would make atmosphere better. Hotel kitchen closes at 8pm, which is very early, better would be closing at 9pm.

The hotel is great for relaxation! Very nice location, surrounded by green vineyards. The spa is very nice - pools are on the top floors, with beautiful outside views. The relaxations rooms just call you to unwind. The breakfast is definitely the best we've had in 4 star hotels across the world (the 5 stars are still better)! With chef, that cooks your morning eggs, according to your personal preferences.

The beds are not comfortable enough, can be better. The pillows are very uncomfortable. There are no A/C in the rooms - definitely an issue when the whether becomes hot. The supplied ventilators are not sufficient. Walking up from town is too steep, prefer using a car if you are not in a good shape :-)

Just perfect for a short spa getaway. The spa area is very well kept, not crowded, you can always find an area for some quite time even during the weekend. The gym is good equipped and there is a separate area for exercises on the mat. The staff was amazing, helpful, caring and professional at all times - at the restaurant, on the reception, in the spa area. The breakfast was excellent and so were the dinners. Can only recommend.

While the room was great, the AC was not very powerful, so it was a bit too warm to sleep during the night (I’ve spent 4 nights, so

The overall experience (outside of the room) was fantastic. The spa is excellent, we enjoyed the amenities there and will very likely return in the future. Very varied breakfast, fantastic terrace and selection of local wines. The only exception to this is the room, to enjoy this hotel fully we should have booked a better room (in the spa / new section of the hotel).

We took a Superior room, which in my view is not worth the value. Our bed was single frame, but two mattresses, which meant mattresses would each go their own way. It caused either me or my wife to "fall" regularly into the middle gap. In addition, there was no climatization in the room, just a fan that very likely had taken a hit or two on the ground, and noisy while in moving position. We managed to put it in fixed position so didn't bother to request a new one, we however would expect the hotel to regularly check the equipment in rooms.

Great facilities, really good SPA area (especially indoor), good breakfast, spacious comfortable rooms, beautiful views. Location is great to have a relaxing weekend while still being able to discover Krems and areas around. I would stay here again off season when hotel is not so crowded.

Expensive and not a very convenient garage, beds were not comfortable, rooms didn't have air conditioning and it was very hot inside even in May. Staff forgot about our request, but the hotel was fully booked so it was a lot of work for crew members

The wellness and spa facilities are amazing, there's a lot of space for relaxing and we really enjoyed the view of the vineyards. The indoor pool had a perfect temperature, the saunas were spacious and there also were small snacks and coffee/tea machine available. We were also really satisfied with the breakfast, there were a lot of variations and it was tasty.

Nothing really significant but we'd appreciate the whirlpool to be a bit hotter.

Nice location in 15 minutes from the city center (you can get there by bus, taxi or by feet), good spa (inside and outside pool, whirlpool, saunas, tea, fruits, very nice relaxation rooms). Breakfast offers a large variety of products, you can order different egg dishes. Every guest gets a very nice spa bag with slippers, towels etc. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you want to relax for 2-3 days.

Nice size room, clean and with access to a small terrace. Restaurant staff was very friendly. There is a small treat at 14h30 to enjoy for free. Whirlpool with amazing views. Nice and easy walk starting from the hotel and through the vineyards.

It was a pity that the spa treatments were not bookable in parallel (ie for 2 friends to enjoy together). The rooftop bar was not open although the weather was splendid. If you come from the train station be aware of the steep walk up to the hotel (but the view there is worth the effort)
