All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Not only with my stay in the hotel. They also kindly offered detailed information about sightseeing in the city. And they were very humble about their English, which they speak very well. The experience was simply maravilhosa!

The window of my room was facing another building. They were way too close to each other. I had to close my curtains the whole time. And the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Did not know you could ask for eggs custom made. Was expensive. Had an afternoon coffee with milk. It was not good quality.

One of the best breakfasts I ever had, a lot of variety. Very big and comfortable bed. Good location. Very friendly personnel.

The shampoo in the shower was empty. Some surfaces were not clean. Small gym.
