Great service delivered by Mr. Petr who works in the reception. He's a very helpful, kind and open-minded person. Great quality of room service. Nice and big apartamet with the privet bathroom. Bus stop and petrol station nearby the hotel.

There is a fridge in every room but it doesn't work (although you're free to use the one in the reception). No vegetables or fruits for the breakfast.

The Man at the reception (Peter) is the best ever!!! He is so helpful sooo Kind and so lovely!! He was always there for us, has even drawn a map for us so that we could have an idea about the transportation in Prag. Peter you are just perfect thank you!!!!!

The breakfast was very poor..no vegetables, no scrambled eggs for example, and almost everything is ready and not cooked at the hotel.

Brilliant stay. It was close to Old Town Square (10 min walk to the closest tram, from there everything was easily accessible) in a quiet area. The room was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Really great breakfast every morning with cold and warm food, coffee, tea and orange juice. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommended place in this breathtaking city 😊

Room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Place was quiet and beds comfy. We could rest very well. The breakfast was good and tasty for the amount of money we paid. The location was also good, not very close to center but not very far either. Exactly how it should be to keep the place suitable for resting.

Room was a little bit old, with some small degradations in some places.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, easy reach of main train and coach stations (bus 133), nice parks nearby, not crowded area, no too touristy area, friendly staff who speak English very well, friendly quick check-in, 24-hour gas station and Alza delivery boxes opposite, excellent breakfast, nice inner courtyard for sitting, I really loved this traditionally Czech place with international flair. Very secure. Excellent price

Very friendly staff, and a nice room which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Of course, the location is a little tricky to get to by public transport. Also, the bathroom wasn't super clean when we got in.

Peter the receptionist is very welcoming. The breakfast was good, especially their own made poppy seeds bread. The Parking rate was fair, gated and inder cc tv guardian 24Hr.

if the breakfast selection on egg can be varied everyday. The air conditioner was not cold.

I love everything about this place! Really worth it and i love the best is their free breakfast! They have varieties of breakfast choices and DELICIOUS 😋 will definitely book again when i'm back to Prague

The room was clean and the staff were very nice.

We upgrade our reservation to get a better room but we didn’t get the same that was in the booking. Wifi was not good. The breakfast should have more varieties.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities you needed. The hotel complex was very nice with many seating areas. Fir the price, its great.
