The staff was friendly,engaging,and efficient,the breakfast was served hot and fresh,I extended my stay for an extra day,this too was done without any difficulty,we encountered a clean room with plenty of towels,and the housekeeper checked in on us to inquire if we needed anything more, two lovely ladies served an amazing breakfast,especially the biscuits and gravy,and the area was kept well stocked and clean,the laundry area too was well kept and was provided free of charge,I enjoyed my stay,and would recommend this location to family,friends,and to anyone inquiring about a hotel in your area

Not that I didn't like this,however,if the hotel provided laundry soap in the rooms,it would be the icing on the cake

I travel a lot for work. I'm not looking for pools or breakfast. What I am looking for is a clean, quiet place to sleep after a long day. Is this place a little dated? Sure. But the beds are soft, the pillows are good. The sheets are clean. The bathroom is always clean 100%. It's right by the highway, but there isn't nonstop traffic noise. Sometimes you here police sirens and ambulances, but you can't stay at a place right off the highway and not hear those things. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Last time I was there my key card wouldn't scan in my door on my second night. No problem, front desk had me new keys in moments.

The wifi is basic. So if the hotel is full, plan to use your own Hotspot or data. The most noise you will hear is during peak check in times, but then it's quiet. It's dated, looks like the early 2000s. But I mean, again, I don't care about that stuff...I'm not on vacation.

Easy off/ on from I-95, but no traffic noise, especially since I turned on the HVAC fan as “white noise”. Even with the fan off I could only hear traffic if I was next to the window. The staff was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.

A little confusing as there was another motel next to it that also began with the letter “C”, I accidentally went to its lobby first. I used “Booking.com” to make the reservation but wasn’t allowed to give my rewards # for points.

We were just passing through so the location was great. Breakfast had a lot of options, including hot food. Bed linens were comfortable

Pool was closed (we had selected this hotel instead of the one next door so we could use the pool). The room wasn’t very clean and seemed rough (scratched up headboard, water leak stain on ceiling, built up dust around back of nightstand.

The showers and beds

I had 2 beds in my room. I switched from one bed to the other to allow me easier access to the bedside lamp and to my CPAP respirator. The bedside table was too small to put the CPAP on. The TV channel changer had to be scrolled down to a long list of channels for me to pick out which channel I wanted to watch. I had to get my room cards reprogrammed twice because they were cancelled by my car keys.

The 2 key cards did not work. I found a housekeeper who also could not get one to work but finally got the 2nd card to work after a struggle. I love Comfort Suites but PLEASE get new key cards so customers don’t have to go through that.

Staff people were very nice. The hotel was quieter than I expected, given it's location on the interstate.

I arrived a little early and was told that if I wanted to check in, even though the room was available, that I would have to pay an additional $35.00 fee. The bed mattresses themselves were adequate but not terribly comfortable. Especially the sleeper sofa.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was great, as was the attendant.

This was outside of the hotel's control, but the construction work on the interstate and constant equipment use were disconcerting. The hotel is due for a refresh, especially the plumbing.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The lady who service the breakfast area is awesome. She greeted us for breakfast and told us to have a good day before leaving. She made sure everything was clean and restocked. She often asked if we needed anything.

The building is old. There is only one elevator. The tub dripped the whole time and there were scratches in the tub and bathroom sink. The heater and iron in my parent’s room didn’t work, but the heater was repaired and the iron replaced once we reported they were not working.

Now place and staff. I stayed there twice within a period of a weak. Left my jacket the first week. They saved it for me. It was even in a nice bag with my name on it. And it is one of my favorite jackets so I was like, maybe is gone but the staff saved it. Very helpful and honest.
