the breakfast was great and the workers were very pleasant , pool was nice and plenty of parking .

need another table by the pool , also a trash can inside pool area perhaps secured to the fence , people were leaving thier trash in the pool area , trash can was located outside of the pool and not visible . I don't blame this on the employees , I blame the slobs that are too lazy to make an effort to clean up after them selves .

The staff in all disciplines were so professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. The property was so clean and fresh without any perfume smells. Breakfast was fresh with adequate choices for a good start to our day. We were there three nights and certainly appreciated the comfort of the hotel after a busy day. The parking was easy for large trucks like ours. That is a big plus for us.

At least three of the luggage carts had flat tires making them hard to navigate.

During my one week stay, the hallway leading to the elevators had a brown paper lining/runner that was never cleaned or changed out. I’m not sure why the line was laid down as there were no signage explaining. it felt like I was in a construction zone, but again there was no signage explaining the reason. My door had a missing or damaged lock and damaged door stop. The shower was dirty.

it was very clean. There was a couple stain the the shower most likely from age but other than that everything was clean. Didn’t use the microwave or the mini fridge but glad it was there. Coffee, fitness center, and laundry room 24/7 was great.

the staff was extremely friendly! it was super quiet minus a malfunctioning smoke alarm at midnight one night. we were always given what we needed at the front desk, we had a dog with us so we didn’t get maid service much of our stay but that’s okay! we loved the little snack shack too, it was stocked with goodies our whole stay! the area was full of places to eat which we appreciated.

only thing we wished is that they would have informed us of the boil notice when we checked in, we unknowingly drank the water and used it to cook food and brush our teeth. breakfast was just okay, we appreciated their efforts with the boil notice

In our room, it was left over food in the refrigerator, from the prior party and I found a pill wrapper on the floor and the check in person, almost double charged our card.

Kia at the front was so helpful and caring. She set the tone for the whole place and it was a great impression. Breakfast was delicious. Many options and very fresh.

Floors in room could have been just a tad cleaner. With us just staying to sleep it wasnt a big deal.

The room is as good, though it had a bit of a dog smell to it, but that’s understandable of a pet friendly hotel in an area that had such a high transient population with the military. The fact that the room had 2 queens and a sofa bed was convenient for having 2 teenagers. The breakfast is as good enough. The location is a little difficult to see, but overall easy enough to get to. The parking was sufficient, and didn’t make you walk too far.

The dog smell of the room, though understandable was somewhat off putting at times. The price was high in my opinion. I get that it’s set by demand, which is high, but I still feel it is a bit over priced for what you get.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well stocked also the property is pet friendly with no evidence of pet hair or smell.
