It was spacious, had a good breakfast, and it was close to attractions of interest. We also appreciated access to a fitness center

The refrigerator was not cooling well, and the pillows were a bit lumpy. Nonetheless, we mentioned the fridge and a work order was submitted.

This hotel is set back away from the highway making it quieter and it has plenty of spacious, well-lit safe parking. There were available rolling carts for luggage and easy, friendly and professional check-in. The room was very clean, spacious and there were extra towels ready to use. You do need to request if you want your room cleaned during your stay. This is an older hotel in which I've stayed over the years and they continue to update and renovate their facilities. I was glad there were waffles at the complimentary breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was a restful stay. Checkout was just as easy and handled by competent, friendly staff.

location and price

right at 9 am they were take what little breakfast was out, away. Even as others were in the process of getting breakfast. We came down at 9:40 to 2 eggs and 1 sausage available and a few came after but still before 9 and they did refill just starting putting everything away.

everthing was great

The curtains in our room where not movable so at night we had no way to keep the parking lot lights out of the room. It was quite bright and had to go to sleep

Very welcoming staff

I did get calls from front desk saying we were being loud when everyone was actually asleep but other than that I loved the place will be back when I visit family

There are facilities, clean, breakfast is fine, all staff are friendly

There was very noisy from the outside door into the room and from the laundry room. There is a smell of bug spray in hallways.

It was clean, staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable (king suite). Breakfast was very good.

Lisa is amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Beds were nice and comfy, room was clean, and we were in a good location.

everything was nice, but my room had small foul scent to it, A/C took it away in an hour
