First of all, the lobby was very nice. Check in went smoothly. I asked for a room close to the elevator and I got it! The room was clean and inviting, temperature control was excellent. The location to the MD Anderson facilities was simply minutes away. (That is why we were there) Great restaurants nearby. Perfect night's sleep on a clean, very comfortable bed. The fridge and microwave were an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was amazing. The lady in there was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Something for any taste someone may have, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, eggs, waffles, and more. The hotel smelled fresh and clean everywhere I went. Some hotels have an odd odor about them. This is just something I always notice in a hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was awesome. Will always choose BW!

The front desk host (Johnny), was so welcoming, sweet and polite. He made sure to let us know what time the, breakfast buffet started and ended. And asked us how our outing went at check out. Good location in the uoutskirts of Houston near the local theater where we saw STOMP. 45 min to NASA. Relatively good breakast. Although renovated still very clean.

The receptionist did not give me a receit saying it would be done by Booking as I made the reservation through them. Still did not get 60$ deposit that was made by the hotel fot both rooms, upon arrival axtra to Booknig reservation...

The cleanliness of the place as a whole, room was very clean and comfortable.

When time to check out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I had to call the corporate office and have them call the facility. I waited 35 minutes before a sleeping staff member finally came to the front desk. Unprofessional behavior.

I liked everything about the Hotel itself. It was clean, nice and quiet.

I had my dog with me and learned after I could no longer cancel the reservation that I had to pay 35.00 a night for the dog I would not stay again as I think that was a ridiculous amount.

Dale at the front desk was very accommodating with any needs I had. The kitchen and cleaning staff were guest-forward in making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay positive. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, good eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc., that was tasty and filling.

I like the comfort of the bed and how the room was set up. I always love when the room has a microwave and refrigerator, cause I am a leftover type of person.

There was only a few things I didn't like. 1. I don't like asking for a iron and board, I just think that should be a normal room item. 2. Housekeeping needs to be worked on. I hung the tag on the door asking for the room to be cleaned and nothing happened, so I had to keep going to the desk to get towels. 3. The door was not locking properly it would click like it was closed, but really wasn't. Other than that it was a nice location and property

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels and more. The fitness center is better than most hotels I've been in. And last but not least, the staff is great.

it was great! loved the cleanliness of my room. the breakfast was great. bed was comfy! I loved the pillows and restroom.

found a dead roach. ice machine on 5th floor was broken. elevators were sketch.

The stuffs was great and friendly mostly the guy that worked on Thursday morning he is so patient in attending to you and friendly

What i didn't like was my checking out I wanted to stay more it's like my home
