The front desk was super nice and helpful. Super fast elevator. Nice! Room was very clean and nice and had every amenity needed. Dining area and sitting area is set up in a very contemporary way that is very spacious. Color coordinating pillows adds a very relaxed atmosphere. VERY NICE!

The rosemary potatoes were barely warm even though they were in a crock pot/warmer. My husband wasn’t too keen on the frittata, smoked sausage or the rosemary potatoes. Sausage gravy and biscuits is a favorite to add for everyday. I looked for my favorite on a lot of hotel hot breakfast meals a pot of hot oatmeal. The rest of what was offered was an excellent choice.

We visited the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Cincinnati Zoo and a Cincinnati Reds ballgame. The Location of the Hampton Inn in Richmond Ky was great.

I could have used a larger room. My wife, my 9-year-old granddaughter. We could have used a larger room, but you did not have any available.

Lobby entrance was open and welcoming with clear area for breakfast and indoor pool. Elevators were secured by floor. Room design was crisp and impeccably clean!!!

Parking was limited so would be an issue at peak use.

The staff was very professional, all three that I encountered over the course of my stay. The building and rooms were so clean. I was very impressed!

It was quite and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in shower was good. Breakfast was decent. Had a variety of things to eat.

The water temperature at the bathroom sink was either too hot or cold. The pool heater was broken but they were trying to get it fixed.

The hotel looked new and was very clean. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good.

Was charged $10 to split the bill. It's supposed to be refunded but time will tell.

Bought drumstick ice cream from snack area, it was so soft (not frozen as it should have been) it was difficult to eat without a spoon.

Cleanliness, staff was super friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The checkout time is fantastic though.

The hotel was clean and located right off of the interstate half way between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum.

The pillows were somewhat lumpy. The bed a little to hard.

Wonderful selection. Everything fresh and tastey.

Coffee was really strong and couldn't drink it. Tea and hot water was plentiful though.
