The front desk was super nice and helpful. Super fast elevator. Nice! Room was very clean and nice and had every amenity needed. Dining area and sitting area is set up in a very contemporary way that is very spacious. Color coordinating pillows adds a very relaxed atmosphere. VERY NICE!

The rosemary potatoes were barely warm even though they were in a crock pot/warmer. My husband wasn’t too keen on the frittata, smoked sausage or the rosemary potatoes. Sausage gravy and biscuits is a favorite to add for everyday. I looked for my favorite on a lot of hotel hot breakfast meals a pot of hot oatmeal. The rest of what was offered was an excellent choice.

We visited the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Cincinnati Zoo and a Cincinnati Reds ballgame. The Location of the Hampton Inn in Richmond Ky was great.

I could have used a larger room. My wife, my 9-year-old granddaughter. We could have used a larger room, but you did not have any available.

It was quite and the beds were comfortable. The water pressure in shower was good. Breakfast was decent. Had a variety of things to eat.

The water temperature at the bathroom sink was either too hot or cold. The pool heater was broken but they were trying to get it fixed.

Breakfast was good. Really liked the nuts and fruit for the oatmeal!! Very happy to have coffee available 24/7

Beds were a bit hard! Nozzle for the bathroom shower was difficult to use. Had to push it in to make it turn

The room was well laid out, very comfortable bed, and and good sound proof door and walls and quiet refrigerator. Three 👍👍👍. Nearby restaurants were great 😃.

Quiet accommodations are most important to us. We got the best nights sleep here.

No complaints. Close to Cincinnati and even though it was close to highway, it was still quiet.

I love the cleanliness. My favorite part was the operation of the elevator and that only guests with room keys could operate the elevator. Made me feel safe.

Amazing pool and breakfast, locations was great and the staff was awesome.

Fridge was turned off so it took a while to get drinks cold!

The room was nice spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was as good as it gets. The location was a quiet area.

The Staff and Manager Doug were exceptional. The hotel was very clean and maintained. The breakfast was awesome. Was one of our better trips and hotel stays. Reasonable priced.
