One of the staff front desk Clarks could become unprofessional communication wise. Also had to keep calling to receive my deposit after during a dispute. Honestly I believe it came from lack of communication & errors maybe. Unfortunately this caused me to become uncomfortable with choosing to book with this location again.

Rooms come fully stocked with all the convenienties of home, at no additional cost. Halfway decent breakfast bar and is pet perfect!

It was what I expected for the price. I was not disappointed .The girls at front desk were fabulous.

The rooms near the elevators are very noisy. I was only there for one night. Overall a good stay.

Property appears to need some maintenance/repairs. Lobby needs a fresh look, seating was drab, old looking sofa covers over the seating. My room key had to be “rekeyed” everyday.

The food was good mostly hot and all day coffee was a complete bonus

Morning hours noisy neighbors loud music however the staff was responsive

The room was nice.

Breakfast was empty at 7:45 and I waited around until 8:00 for them to put more stuff out and they took too long. I had to leave.

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom also very clean. We were pleased with our stay.

Check-in friendly helpful, Staff friendly helpful, room clean new mattress, soft goods, bathroom new. It was a welcome unexpected surprise, breakfast bagels, cereal and toast. Coffee 24-7.

Hallways and common areas were warmer than rooms I'm sure it's part of the ongoing upgrades. June 2021

It was clean and safe. Very spread out snd a lot of places to go to for shopping and food.

It wasn’t well maintained. The grass was over grown, there was trash everywhere and cigarette buds laying all over the place.
