Theodore was amazing. Made the whole check in process easy, and was clear and concise with his directions and how to navigate the hotels amenities. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and comforting and was able to assist throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and overall the hotel was quiet, very little traffic, easy to navigate around, and felt like home away from home. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

The bugs. There were bugs EVERYWHERE at night. You couldn’t walk outside without getting swarmed.

Gisela at the reception desk was very efficient and pleasant. She was able to check me in a bit early and took extra time with me since my Booking.com reservation was not forwarded to the hotel. My room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was newly remodeled and the lighting was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the pillows! I was so surprised at the breakfast and all the cold and hot choices. There were scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon and biscuits and gravy. The lady in the breakfast room even came and told me she put out more bacon since she noticed there was hardly any left when I went through the line. The location was great and for dinner I walked over to Hurricane Grill which is in the adjoining parking lot.

Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was very good including the coffee with good options. Room was very comfortable. We only stayed for one night for a volleyball tournament the next day, so didn’t see or stay too long. Location for tournament was good.

It was a little overpriced. It’s not like it is closed to a beach or attractions.

Room is nice and modern. Lots of USB ports. Clean and comfortable. Love the lotion/soap dispensers in the bathroom.

Breakfast. At 8:30 in the morning, it was empty as in no food basically. Breakfast is served through 10am and I had to wait 25 minutes for powdered eggs to be made and brought out. No Eggs, potatoes, Sausage, Ham, Biscuits, coffee. All were empty. One lady having to prepare all the food and keep up. The hotel was fully booked with no vacancy so management should have stepped in to assist her in preparing food and keeping things stocked. Also, pancake machine does not have accurate instructions to use.

Breakfast was good. Location is close to Wooten Park, which is why we were there. Location is convenient to restaurants and even Publix. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is larger and has a great make up mirror - unheard of in a hotel. We had an end room which gave us 2 windows to let the light in. Last but not least, the staff was very accomodating.

The A/C was noisey. Every time the fan turned on it clunked. Might need to be checked. Room 302. Wish breakfast was longer.

Great location very convenient to Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg, Mt Dora area. Property is well kept. That staff was WONDERFUL! I felt very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel was clean and everything was well stocked. The breakfast was very good and the layout of the food service area was well thought out. I'll stay there again!

I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

Nice and clean enough, the simple yet tasty breakfast was taken well care off, staff very friendly and helpfull

Nothing really, only had one very minor thing about a spot that I saw hadn't been cleaned properly that's why I gave that part 9 out of 10.

The room was cleaned. Fresh towels every morning. And a lot choices for breakfast. Very organized and clean breakfast set up. The breakfast attendant was very friendly.

Front desk was not very friendly and the seats at the front desk were stained!

Breakfast was good.

Price was higher than what i expected for this hotel but it was for a travel volleyball tournament. Wanted to stay in the same town as the tournament and was the only option.

Staff was super wonderful and catering to any of our needs. Love that they have 24 hour coffee in the lobby with flavored creamer. I miss that feature already lol We'll be back in the area in the next few weeks and will definitely stay here again 😀
