Quality Inn Troutville - Roanoke North

The breakfast area was nice and big, clean, and staff kept it well stocked and were very friendly. Appreciated the bowl of fresh fruits, coffee and hot water, and the frig filled with premade breakfasts as well as yogurts. Our room had a frig and microwave, table and chairs, and the beds were very comfortable.

The only down side is that the rooms are accessed from the outside, so you have to climb stairs to access second floor, and since you are close to hwy 81, you can hear the traffic through the door at nighttime.

The customer Service was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and we also enjoyed the Breakfast, pool, and the exercise room. And the hotel also had towels for everyone's convenience that utilized the pool and exercise areas. I would definitely stay here again!! 😊

I liked everything, no complaints

We were extremely happy with our overnight stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the staff was friendly. They had a nice breakfast available and the coffee was excellent. After a long day of driving it was great to walk next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner. I highly recommend this Quality Inn and we will definitely stay here again!

Pet friendly if you make reservations; breakfast offered; handicap rooms available. This is very convenient to the interstate, yet is very quiet. Good areas to walk the dog. A Cracker Barrel restaurant is next door.

Tight parking. The staff appeared to be disorganized is providing rooms to others who had made reservations and had special needs; thankfully we got a handicap room on the first floor. Thank you.

I liked my room .I liked the big hot tub. A lot of hot tub rooms have small hot tubs . I liked the friendly and accommodating staff.

I noticed cob webbs in corners .

The staff go above and beyond to cater the guest, their smiles and pleasant greetings made me feel like they we’re waiting on me and my family to check in safely.

The front desk clerk was super friendly, very pleasant. My room was clean and also pleasant. I have booked rooms in many places and a lot look clean and nice in the photos. But I was disappointed when I got there. This Hotel was true to there photos.

Very clean rooms and everything was in good condition! Everything we really needed was in the room. Comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, clean bathroom. 2 chairs and a table.

We stayed in the other building and it not easily identifiable as part of the hotel. ESP at night. There is one small sign that is not lite up at all.

Had a lot for the breakfast bar which was a lot more than the last 3 hotels I stayed at!! Thank you
