I am A RN who actually travels with my own cleaning supplies, bedlinens and towels. I was so impressed with how clean things were in the room that I did not have to use them. Even the shower curtain looked brand new or just washed. I was happy to see the employees wearing masks and that there was hand sanitizer readily available in multiple areas. The breakfast was a nice selection. And I loved being able to have my dog with me.

It took a very long time to get hot water in our room on the bottom floor. In the evenings we had to wash our faces with luke-warm water. We were able to get it hot in the am if we let it run for several minutes.

The rooms were spotless. Check in was quick and courteous. I liked that there were enough towels for 2. The breakfast was more than I had expected. Waffles, eggs, danish, etc. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

We were further from Washington DC and a Metro stop than I was hoping. The last hotel I stayed in offered a bus to the DC welcome center. This one did not. As the parking in DC is almost impossible, the front desk suggested we take an Uber, which we did.

Ease of finding the property after driving to Washington

Given the location it may be useful for the reception staff to have some knowledge of public transport routes into the city. When we asked where Falls Church subway station was or info on Buses the girl said she didn’t know anything about that. We found the station and it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel but can be an option for guests who perhaps don’t want to drive.

Clean room and bed and the choice of cleaning products didn’t leave a toxic chemical smell that sometimes get me a little sicky feeling at many other hotels…, I need fresh air to feel well.

Wider beds (King Size) for a little more elbow room and sprawling out when sleeping. And the pillows were a little lumpy but at least they didn’t give me a neck ache as I tend to get at times. I wiped a lot of junk off the remote control with some “Clean-Wipes” before I put it in a zip-lock bag. The remotes are likely the one item in any hotel room with the most bacteria on them so I always clean them and put them in a zip-lock bag and then wash my hands extensively before touching anything else. Even the high dollar hotels seem to have nasty remotes so don’t take my comment too negatively.

all was beautiful like staff, surrounding, location etc. I'll highly recommend this Inn for everybody.

I've got room next to central A/C dock work for at least part of facility which made the noise of running air in the room. Not a big deal though, stayed there for one night only and I'm from NYC got used to the noise. Should be offer some kind of discount for this particular room. I think. The other think is for whatever reason they overcharged me even though not much but they did.

We were surprised there was a breakfast. We thought it was cancelled due to covid. We liked that the desk handled the snack purchases instead of vending machines, which always break down.

The breakfast room television is set to Fox News. The staff said they could not change it.

This hotel provides value for money. It is in a great location, which makes commute to DC and nearby areas very convenient.

Breakfast options could be improved. The breakfast was good, but if we had a bit more options, it would have been great!

The room was clean, comfortable enough, and had everything we needed. We were very pleasantly surprised that housekeeping was provided during our 2-night stay. The breakfast was standard - waffles, hot dish, packaged pastries, etc. Everything about the hotel was satisfactory and we would stay here again. It is a fairly easy drive from there to DC.

The location was very good with easy access to several restaurants and covenience stores. The Metro Station was easy to reach with Bus A26 from the Seven Corrners Bus Stop. It was serene, despote being close to the highway.

I didn't dislike anything. The place is neat and tidy. the wall are well painted.

Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast, with attentive kitchen staff. Kept everything very clean and well stocked. The microwave in room conked out, but staff allowed us to use the microwave in breakfast area, then had it fixed the next day while we were out. Also, the room had two chairs instead of the usual one. Nice!
