Wanted a place that was close to Signature Theatre, needed a microwave & fridge, and this was perfect. There's tons of food options around. Staff was nice. There are a lot of amenities that we didn't get the chance to take advantage of, but I think it's great that they have them. If I'm in the area again would probably rebook.

I was a little concerned for the front desk staff at night because of where the entrance is located, it feels as though someone could just walk up on them by surprise if they had bad intentions. Hopefully there was security somewhere I couldn't see that protects them.

The room amenities and layout were great. The bed was loved by the entire family! They were so comfortable and we all slept well. The hotel was quiet.

When leaving Sunday morning, there were delays with the people next door. They had cars parked on both sides of the street. They also had people in the road poorly directing traffic. It took 40 minutes to get to the main street to leave when it only took a few seconds to arrive the day before. After this experience, I would stay at this hotel again, but I would leave earlier to avoid that hassle again.

The family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was more than welcoming. Clean and quiet. The location was perfect as there were many of stores and restaurants! The staff was amazing and the kitchenette was the best of all. We loved the many options of dishes and cookware. You guys pretty much provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. And for that we give a 100 out of 100 ! Can’t wait to stay again.

LOVED the kitchenette... needs a mirror over a desk surface to serve as a makeup station...needs hooks, hooks, hooks, hooks, hooks, hooks, and more hooks all over the entranceway and bathroom to hang random garments, et al... add a drive-thru portico or big awning at lobby entrance, maybe have desk staff on all shifts know about 'specials' for muffins (it was right there on the menu white board), have actual keys to unlock the sliders showing food and snack items, et al, know as much about the advertised property as the clients do... sheesh !

The receptionist was amazing. We had an issue with booking elsewhere and we had just booked this 30 minutes prior to arrival. The room had to be cleaned and the staff was so great. The prepared the room in minutes. The room was clean beat and smelled amazingly clean. It was a great choice.

Not a thing

The bed was comfortable and the tv was big enough to actually watch. The staff was really sweet and caring and I got upgraded for free. I felt welcomed. The area looks sketchy at first but it’s around so many shops and good restaurants. The parking lot is very well lit, like stadium lights lit. It made me feel safe since I was a solo traveler.

The carpet and bathroom were not that clean but I had disinfectant spray to feel a little bit more at ease. The shower was small and just needed another wipe down. The shelves were dusty and had crumbs. The carpet was dirty and I know for a fact it was because I had moved the recliner chair and omg there was so much trash, crumbs, and mess under it. I just moved it back and made sure I didn’t walk barefoot.

I like the small kitchen its pretty nice even the refrigerator and freezer with the ice maker inside that make ice pretty good to get some ice for a hot day. I love the tv its a nice size for the room that I was at.

I didn't like how small the bathroom was and the bathroom door was hard to close because you need to push so hard. The wifi it keep going off a few times and it didn't connect to one of my devices which is sad for me. I didn't like that how long that my check in was because of the card ratail machine it didn't accept my card lots of times so I have to take some money at the ATM to get check in it was sooo annoying.

The staff and property accommodated my German Shepherd and I without hesitation. Some hotels are reluctant to accept his breed because they sometimes are aggressive. Management provided a room that was on the first floor and in close proximity of the rear door that led out to the pet walk area.

The fact that some pet parents refused or would not clean up after their dog had pooped. I know management cannot monitor every pet and their owner. It places other dogs in a position to get sick after a dog steps in another dog excrement. Again it falls back on the pet owners.

The room was just what we needed. Kitchenette and a place to eat in our room after a long day. It was hard to find rooms with two beds and a kitchenette, this hotel had them. No regrets on our choice.

Clean. Staff was very nice and always accommodating. They were always ready and eager to help with anything we needed. We didn’t have a car at first, but everything was within easy walking distance.

Rooms need to have more place settings for eating. was a little bit too far off the main drag.
