Great location for a pre cruise stay. Friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Quick trip from Long Beach airport, even quicker to the cruise port. Good value.

Location is right next to the freeway, so it is noisy if it bothers you. It doesn't bother me. The entrance can be a little tricky to see depending on your direction of approach.

Very clean and comfortable! Convenient to the cruise port with the added convenience of having a shuttle The restaurant was very nice and food was delicious! Our waitress even gave me a chocolate cake for my birthday…so sweet!

The guest laundry was convenient but cost to much per load!

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. We have used this hotel a few times now to go on our cruises and will continue using it. The price is worth it and it works for us for one night. Sink and mirrors are separate from toilet and shower, like this! Coffee pot in room for coffee drinkers.

The area where hotel is, isn’t quite the safest, i wouldn’t leave doors unlocked or go out walking.

Breakfast was good. Also easy off and on freeway. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean.

It was such a noisy street, all we heard was loud car exhausts all night. The a/c was also very noisy. Huge deposit hold for two rooms was a surprise.

Room was spacious, well maintained. Our accommodations were fulfilled. The shower bench was very comfortable and the disabled shower was awesome! I love to see an open standing shower. Staff was very polite and helpful. Tasty breakfast, as well. Elevator went from the parking garage almost directly to our room.

Mattress was weirdly squeaky and very loud. The handheld shower head did not stay where it was put, and the shower controls were a little loose, especially temperature controls.

Excellent location for quick ride to the LA Cruise Dock.

Limited restaurants in walking distance. Next door to a Denney's and a block from a decent Mexican restaurant. No close fast food other than so sidewalk venders.

The Westin LAX exceeds my expectations every time. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and anything you need is within walking distance. It’s easy to get an Uber, have food delivered (if that is what you prefer) or walk to any of the near by restaurants. For me, it’s all about location and comfort and this Westin location has it covered. Oh, I fell in love with the toiletries provided and I was able to find them on their website….. Soooo happy!!!
