Comfort Suites Sulphur - Lake Charles

We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was great for us and reasonably priced compared some others. The room was a good size. The beds were very comfy. The a/c worked great which is important in the heat of the summer. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast choices were quick and easy to make and delicious. We loved the blueberry waffles!

There is only 1 elevator and it did break down one day during our stay but they were quick to get it back up and running later that day which we appreciated.

Breakfast was prompt, if not a little bit early, and was tasty. The sleeping accommodations were very good. The staff was helpful and courteous.

There were a group of men drinking their beers in front of the building as we arrived. However, they did not stay long and were no longer an issue.

Location off I 10.

The bathroom area was not clean enough for me. Black mold spots in the shower area and the shower curtain did not appear clean. The carpet in the room and halls desperately needs to be replaced or in the least cleaned.

Breakfast was awesome. I liked the options of things able to take with me on my way to meetings

Better pricing of hotel for medical staff staying weekly and monthly. Stayed at another hotel across street for better pricing. Weekly rate or monthly for repeat customers. Working in area next 6 months

Most of the staff was very courteous and professional, I really enjoyed my stay , definitely if I were to go again which I am , I would choose same place to stay. The only thing was that I had requested an earlier check in since I was driving from 438 miles away and well I had to pay 40 dollars extra to go in two hours earlier, I wasn’t very happy about that but well everything else was great !

I would have loved some scrambled eggs. A little more choice for breakfast would be good. I loved the room set up. With the sofa bed was perfect.

The bath tube was out dated. It didn't look like it was very clean. I would also have liked some bottled water in the room.

The night manager on site was outstanding. He was very attentive to our needs. He is been in the job for few weeks and really care about his job and providing excellent customer service.

I loved that yall had breakfast. It worked out perfect for having two small children who like to eat early. And the lady who was running it was awesome! one of my kids spilt milk and she was so kind about it and helped me clean it up.

The room was clean and eye pleasing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and much appreciated. The breakfast was good.

The tile shelf in the shower fell down in the middle of the night with no one in the bathroom scaring the girls but that is the only thing I can say I didn’t like about it.

The front desk agent sherri was very helpful and even though she is new she is very delightful, and greets her guest when they walk in. She also has great knowledge of the area. The staff is very friendly

As soon as I walked into my room I tried to cut on the light and the bulb was out over the doorway and I asked if somebody could put in a new light bulb nobody came my whole stay
