The staff was friendly but there were issues with door keys not working and remote for TV didn't work and the hot tub was out of order, which was the main reason we selected this hotel, so we were disappointed about that. Good place for a one night stay at a reasonable price.

Key cards didn't work for the door of the first room we were assigned, tv remote didn't work in the second room we were assigned and the hot tub didn't work at all.

Business but mineLs towels Saidv bTo Having sex The Cleaners walked in asked about my husband and i if we needed towels I mean u dont walk Inand knock at the same time I mean that was unprofessional and rude and humiliating u suposed to wait atleast 3 sec to one to say hold on just a sec now it just happened again wherebthe just knocked and walked in as..they were knocking d idnt wait till I answerd again saying with the do not disturb on the door which is observed because when we checked in there were no towels in the room at all now this is crazy twice my door with do not disturb on handle so embarrassing be walked down on having sex which is Noone

I really appreciate the staff, especially the Manager she is 100% Reliable. She is friendly, helpful, positive, and whipping her team into shape.

The only downside is there is no elevator. Other than that, the coffee was hot, the sitting room has a fireplace, the Artwork is beautiful, and the Evening Staff obviously working hard and can't tend to everyone, but the service and help I got was much appreciated.

Staff was super friendly and willing to help us bring a fridge in because the one in are room was broken and had a hiccup with the jacozzie but was told if they didn't fix it i would have a full refund. Great hotel and also great eats nearby. definitely coming back!

things like the Fridge should have been made sure it worked before we got there.

I loved 🥰 how clean it was the morning breakfast was my kids favorite ❤️…….Chad the on site manager always made sure my family was comfortable the best hotel we stayed at……..

clean, comfortable bed, jacuzzi was great and couldn’t beat the price for a jacuzzi room.

coffee pots splatter coffee everywhere. didn’t have a microwave in our room but when we called they brought us one right away.
