There was a lot to do within the hotel itself and near by. The food was amazing!

I find it odd that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. For the $$ you would think that they would be included considering other cheaper options provide one as a standard. They will provide one for you if you would like for an additional $25 per day or if you upgrade your room to a suite. It was honestly disappointing.

Nice hotel, lots of restaurants inside it, roller coaster was fun and discounted for hotel guests

The restaurants and location for first-timers to Vegas are just right. You don't have to have the property to enjoy Las Vegas. The pool is inviting and great to cool down in the afternoon. Sipping a cocktail by the pool turned into a daily activity for us. There are three lifeguards on duty to ensure your family is safe.

The only issue was smokers were allowed to light up in the casino. If they are going to allow this better ventilation is a must.

Downstairs/casino and its availability of every accommodation we needed. Being able to walk downstairs and the. Amount of food places, shops, and items available was awesome, also being in the corner of the strip was nice to be able to walk everywhere we did.

The room floor was disgustingly gross i wore socks and just from walking back and forth my socks were dark from the dirt and even when i walked bare my feet were also dirty as why i used socks.

The room size was great. We really enjoyed the pool and rollercoaster. The location was great as we were able to walk right down onto the strip.

There was a long check-in line when we arrived. Also, something was wrong with the elevators. There was a long line and wait. At one point, I tried going down the tower and stopped on the same floor 3 times. We were making jokes that it was the Tower of Terror as the elevator kept going up and down floors.

I spend two nights with my family and we have a good time. the beds where super comfortable. there are good food options like the crepes place and gonzalez gonzalez (mexican). If you are in the mood for a piano bar, the vibe was great at night

I could hears little external noise from the room but nothing that was taking my sleep away

Our elevator exit was located near the pool, food and slots area. We were happy with the valet parking attendants and being so attentive to retrieving our vehicle. In addition, the bellhops were very nice and helpful.

Attention to detail is always nice. Especially, when it applies to cleanliness. We did not like the sporadic trash on the casino floor, at the slot machines and ash trays. WE did not like the constant smoking inside the casino. Tobacco and marijuana smoke does not stay in restricted areas. It has a tendency to float around aimlessly and invade those areas that are labeled smoke free.

I have only been coming to Vegas for the last 3 years and I only want to stay at New York New York. I love this place. It is perfectly located and it has everything you need.

Now the only major complaint is the parking situation. The very first time my husband and I came we drove from Texas. We only had to pay $20 for when ever we moved our car. Last year we flee and used Uber, so this year we drove again. And be charged to self park. $24 every 24 hours. We paid for the first day, but we were told the Tropicana has FREE SELF PARKING EVEN IF YOU DON'T STAY THERE. You all should have free self parking for your guest at least.

Location was great. the hotel looks cool and the restaurant row New York street is a nice touch.

Room was very basic. No coffee machine, no complimentary water, iron leaked, bath tub didn’t drain fast enough so standing in water every shower.

we had a greet time here and the staff were very helpful. the room was comfy and great. no complaints really.

nothing not to like really apart from the Times Square piano bar being $25 per person to reserve standing room! bit cheeky if you’re a hotel resident in my opinion! the Irish bar was the same although $5 entry. it feels like if you’re staying at the hotel you should be able to get in to the place within it for free at least.
