We have stayed here a couple of times, mainly due to it been a NON SMOKING hotel. Overall, its nice, close to a lot of things to do and the rooms are updated and clean. The cleaning staff has always been very friendly.

I wish you could use your hotel key to go up to floors above you, it only allows you to go down. We were on the 3rd floor and my sister was on the 4 and another family member on the 5th. So anytime we wanted to go to their rooms they had to meet us on the floor below them so we could go up. This was a pain and kind of ridiculous that if you're staying in the hotel your room key should allow you to travel between each floor, whether going up or down. I am sure other guest would agree. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee pot in the rooms, and a mini fridge, especially since you're paying so much for everything these days in Vegas!

Loved the view from our room, comfortable beds, and super good shower! The best shower pressure I’ve had in my 2-week trip in the US😅 Good value for money.

The amenities are pretty basic. Would’ve liked a small fridge without sensors to put your own stuff. The towels smelled of chlorine. The lady at the checkin acted like she hates her job 🥲

I had a nice room with a great view to towards the Aria. There is "Eataly" in this hotel, the food there is excellent and affordable (at least by Vegas standards). The hotel also has an indoor connection to the Aria, and a tram connection to the Bellagio. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The location was fantastic. I loved being near stores like Ross, Marshalls and Burlington. You can't go too wrong on that side of the strip. The Dolby concert venue was right inside the hotel. There were several restaurants inside, a pool, gym and a club. You don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want. I picked this hotel because Silk Sonic was playing at the Dolby Live.

My room was meh, I expected more for the amount of money I paid. There was hair in the bathroom that didn't belong to me, the bathroom sink drained slowly, there isn't a fridge or microwave in the room and the furniture is dated. The decor was red and black and it looked like they just placed a random brown table and one brown chair in the room. It just wasn't quite worth the price.

The room is super clean

They charged us the water and refreshments but we didnt touch those things. Good that we check the bill.

everything was way overpriced… I bought 2 small bottles of water for $9.50…really! $102 for breakfast for 4, that’s crazy.

My stay was great. The Housekeeping staff was great I didn’t get my room clean daily but they were so nice about changing out the towels daily.

There was no microwave or refrigerator. Brought leftovers back to the room several times with no way to warm up to eat expensive food. There was no way to keep cold water in the extreme heat because there was no refrigerator.

check in took so long! we arrived at the hotel at 9am they said room was not available yet but they were going to message me when room was ready. we left our luggage behind while we wondered around the strip. later on at 3pm we got a message asking us to complete check in. when I clicked on link it said “link expired”. so we left back to the hotel to check in. when we were there they said that our room was still not available due to short staff. we waited until 5pm and still nothing. the party that booked weeks after us got their hotel right away and we waited longer. other than that everything else was well.
