New paint, fixtures and furniture. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Comfortable beds. The room wasn't freezing cold when we arrived. Decent rates.

Security slacking. Back outside entrance door was propped open with a stone at 9:30pm Friday evening. Clerk said it was probably the construction crew. They were no longer working at that time. Unacceptable!! Housekeeping may need a bit more training. Hair on bathroom floor. Used tissues on shelf under TV. They should be trained to look down and under things.

The breakfast was just an average continental breakfast not much to choose from at all and they only stayed open till 9:30 AM on a Sunday which 10 would’ve been much better for a Sunday The location was excellent you were within walking distance to almost anything you really needed. rooms were clean

Just the breakfast . There wasn’t much to choose from and it only lasted till 930 otherwise the hotel was very clean

Location, 1/2 mile from my childhood home. nice remodel job on what at best was a mediocre motel. Staff very helpful and friendly

Set up of room, vis-a-vis bathroom too small, interior set up not optimal for clothing. Should have more suitcase holders etc... Air conditioning while working was not adequate for WI summer humidity.

The breakfast was good and very clean. I like the shelves in the rooms and not drawers because you can find your stuff easier. Convenient to gas station.

The a/c in our room. The room seemed damp.

That I told them I need a room on first floor and close to door because I'm handicap so they gave me a handicap room

The guy didn't explain that we had to pay 20 dollars for each pet and pay per night when we check in

The issue with my booking was fixed quickly and easily

There was an issue, from what me and the front desk could gather in the morning the person from the night before didn't have me as a guest

Bed was comfortable and room was updated with microwave and refrigerator.

The pool and hot tub were closed due to construction.

wasn't reminded when breakfast was. we missed it by a half hour which was our fault but it was only from 6-9am.

Bed was very comfortable after a long day's drive, and the breakfast was good the next morning. Everything was neat & clean.

The front desk staff was amazing at check in and in the morning before we checked out. Will definitely stay again.
