Nice size room, and a great value. Any issue I had was quickly dealt with

First room assigned TV did not work. Receptionist went up with me with a new remote and determined it was the TV and reassigned me to new room. Also key cards kept loosing data and had to be reprogrammed

Location was great for airport and downtown, had a few good restaurants within walking. The breakfast wasn't served until 7am (which I think is about an hour too late) so I can't say how that is.

That breakfast was not served until 7am, when you are an airport hotel it needs to be 6am minimum.

The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was decent. I loved the TV stations available. The Wi-fi was perfect. I will stay here again.

I would have preferred scrambled eggs rather than the scrambled egg discs that were served. The discs would have been fine if there was cheese and I could have made an omlette.

The staff was efficient and greeted me and opened the front door for me. The lady at the front desk helped me get started with hotel rewards. The room, comfy bedding and towels and bathroom and mirrors were clean, also the coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator. Probably every touchpoint. Forgot my microban spray. The room temp was just right and quiet.

The heated indoor swimming pool wasn't heated, and we were looking forward to a few warm swims. Wish there was a waffle-making option, like premade ones and premade bacon for breakfast. Or huge blueberry muffins with crunchy streusel sprinkles on top, as well as keep the hearty Bob Evans sausage-egg biscuit. They could allow the lobby to change the tv channel from fox news to the local four. A happier "post" pandemic atmosphere. The staff were fine.

The bed was comfortable and warm. The tv had all the necessary stations. The water pressure in the shower was great.

The eggs were just round discs and a little chewy. Regular scrambled eggs or some cheese to make the discs into mini omlettes would be grear

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. We were only here for one night, but it was a great stay!

The breakfast was from 6-9am. We got there around 8:30 and a lot of the breakfast was gone. That is also on us for coming during the tail end of service.

This property worked really well for me. I was comfortable and my grandsons were also.

Absolutely loved my room. Very comfortable. Beautiful decor. No stains. Very clean. I spoke to 2 very nice staff people.

No shuttle service to the airport left my daughter and I at the airport for much longer than necessary. I stayed in room 105. The security lock on the door was broken.

the staff was great. The king bed was comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located near the freeway and offered free parking.

We were told that there was a hot breakfast. Technically, it was, but the pictures show the reality of it. We were driving across country and everywhere we stayed had their buffet continental offered. this was the first hotel that did not.

Front desk was very helpful! Really nice motel.

The room where the pool is was cold! But very pretty ! only thing bad was kids only swam 30 min and were cold!
