Food was excellent. Staff were friendly & excellent.

There is DEFINITELY not sufficient lounge chairs and lounge chairs with shade. The only way we could ensure we could have a lounge chair at the pool with shade, was to get up every morning no later than 6:00 AM and put towels to save them. As a result, lounge chairs are then held using towels for the whole day. This was incredibly frustrating - the hotel should more than double the number of palapas with lounge chairs at both the adult and family pools and on the beach.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with great food and comfortable rooms. However, one significant drawback was the lack of available shade on the hotel grounds. The shortage of umbrellas made it incredibly challenging to find a shaded spot, which was quite disappointing, especially when trying to escape the sun. Despite this issue, the Italian restaurant stood out as a highlight, and the beach and sea views were truly wonderful. The air conditioning in my room could use improvement, as it struggled to keep the room cool during the hot nights. In the future, I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure an even more enjoyable stay for guests.

I stayed at the hotel recently and wanted to share my feedback. One aspect that disappointed me was the limited number of beach umbrellas and loungers. For a hotel of this caliber, there should have been at least 30 more umbrellas and a minimum of 60 loungers available. We had to get up and take sunbeds on the beach at 6 a.m. Agree, this is not the time on vacation when you want to wake up.Well, if we didn't do that, we'd burn out completely. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning well. It seemed to be quite old, and with the roof heating up, the room became unbearably hot at night.

Room was excellent with a fantastic view over the beach. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Nice swimming pools with a difference in adult and entertainment split. Location great for Cancun in hotel zone.

Having to wear full length trousers at dinner. I looked very smart with tailored shorts and collar, however some of the guests looked terrible in tracksuit bottoms or jeans but were allowed in at dinner You need to change this. Also, all women are allowed sandals and vest tops, why not men? You need to change this also.

This place had spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, good variety and quality of food, friendly & helpful staff, staff to help book tours/activities, and a convenient cafe with ice cream, coffees and espresso.

You will most likely get a sales pitch, which we were open to and it actually wasn't as aggressive as others we have experienced before. It still took a good bit of our time. There was also limited pool space as well as restaurant seating. We did come across a large cockroach outside of one of the restaurants once.

Great location, our room was spacious,clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. Adults only pool was great and the bar staff very efficient.

Food options could use some improvement,the italian restaurant was not a great experience.

All-in is extremely comfortable. They let you stay (and still use the facilities and food) until afternoon after check out which is above standard. Food is great at breakfast and mexican and theme restaurants. Beach is beautiful.

Not too many sunbeds at the beach. The pool is cold. Dinner options good in theme restaurants that usually dont have spots and you need to book in advance (which isnt possible while you are there forn a couple days) and main foodcourt is good for breakfast but disaster for dinner.

I didn't like when I had to pay an extra $250 at check in because they didn't have a room with double beds as I requested when I booked the resort. So I had to upgrade our room to get the double beds!

The staff was friendly, and did their jobs very well. I’ve got to say that they all went out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer. The resort is very well-kept. The restaurants were beautiful and at no time did we have to wait to place orders or get service.The food was excellent and there were just enough restaurants to make seven days varied. We loved each of the restaurant so much that it was hard to make a choice on which we wanted to visit again! The pools were sparkling clean, the beach was beautiful. The mini bar in the room was replaced daily, and housekeeping was fabulous. Again, the biggest thing was that we felt welcomed and valued. The resort staff surpassed all expectations.

We had the swim up room, which was awesome! The king size bed was comfortable, and the room was large enough to actually enjoy the room. Lots of closet space, and everything we needed was provided. While the room itself was very well insulated, the only thing that could’ve been better is if they would have solid doors between adjoining rooms. For two nights, we had newlyweds that went on and on from 10 PM to 3:30 AM, and we heard everything as if they were in the room with us.😳 😂

Food and cocktails very high quality for an all inclusive. Pool bar is fab! View of beach from adult pool area is incredible - great day beds for relaxing.

On our first day we were advised to book some of the hotel restaurants - when we tried booking, there was no availability during our stay, except for a 21:30 slot at the Asian restaurant - however, we did manage to go to the Mexican restaurant for lunch without a booking, and we turned up at the Italian at 18:30 (when the restaurant opened), waited for 15 mins and managed to get a table due to a no show. I would advise booking the restaurants well in advance (before you arrive).

The property setup was great. Beautiful view and extremely friendly staff. I had a suite with access to the moat like pool right outside the patio which was great for my toddler grandson.

The A/C in my suite didn’t seem to work very well. Also, despite the room being clean, it always had an odd mildew smell (possibly due to the air filter) and my refrigerator didn’t work well either. nothing was cold…just semi cool.
