Perfect location! Beautiful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was scammed by a tour company that had nothing to do with them, but they spent a great deal of time helping me. They offered great suggestions for things to do in the area and made everything so easy. Even little things like calling a taxi and negotiating with them. Everyone seemed so happy and so happy to serve you including the bar staff at the rooftop pool. It is clear that this place is well managed and treats their employees well by the way, they treat their customers.

I wish I would’ve booked my stay there for longer. I’ve stayed in several areas of Bangkok and this was a wonderful place, so comfortable and enjoyable.

I l in this hotel, in total 5 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end 5 of the 3 weeks I was in Thailand , we loved our stay in Amara , everything was excellent, location, cleanliness, they were very friendly, kind, and sweet specially whith my daughter 4 years old , they kept my luggage for us , at no cost until I returned after 2 weeks because I went to the North of the country ,,,The staff luggage and recepción best of the best , 10/10 especially miss Nimmie ❤️ I will definitely return, a place to repeat!!! Good bed and shower water pressure. Close to restaurants, cafes and going out area. Beautiful view from the rooftop where the swimming pool and bar are.

Nothing in the room’s fridge but water. Minimum toiletries and of bad quality: diluted wash gel. No coffee in the room . Disappointing

Good location. Close to Chong Nonsi BTS where you can get to pier for river cruise etc. Breakfast was delicious. Our view on the 24th floor was outstanding. We had club membership for happy hour drinks and nibbles 5-7 pm. The service was excellent especially Noon.

A wonderful first stay in Thailand! Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the infinity pool on the 25th floor—it was clean, the water temperature was perfect, and the views were breathtaking! Upon arrival, we were offered a room upgrade, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The upgrade placed us on a higher floor and gave us access to the lounge area, where we enjoyed a couple of hours of complimentary cocktails and snacks. Sitting outside with a stunning view of the city was truly special. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Good location, close to BTS Skytrains and to Shopping districts, great view from Club Lounge and Rooftop Bar, very polite staff members, in particular the manager and staff of the Club Lounge were amazing, variety of drinks and food offered at the Club Lounge was very good. The Hotel provides a contemporary glance of elegance and greatness. This is underlined by the special, yet refraining scent used in the hotel premises, and by the playlist of upbeat iconic pop music (with songs from Spandau Ballet, Wham or Pet Shop Boys).

Club Lounge closes early (7 pm). Although it declares to be a Non-Smoking-Hotel, Smoking is indeed allowed on all terraces and gardens of the Hotel, e.g. at Rooftop Bar and Swimming Pool or at the Club Lounge Terrace. Thus, these places can be heavily polluted by cigarettes smoke, as they tend to be frequented by many visitors. Non-Smoking areas on terraces, rooftop and gardens would be useful.

This is a proper five star hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and speak excellent English. The small swimming pool on the rooftop is refreshing and food and drinks are available, if a little expensive. We had a club room which meant club access for excellent alcoholic drinks and food every evening – really worth it, The breakfast is a real highlight. I spent several hours there sampling everything and eating like there was snow tomorrow. The hotel even makes a small hot lunch free of charge in the restaurant for anyone staying in the hotel The location is pretty good – perhaps not ideal for a first time visit to Bangkok but still pretty good and not too far from the public rail transport system.

We stayed in a club room and it was quite expensive. But this was peak season – maybe it’s cheaper other times of the year.

Room was spacious and with very comfortable bed. I had best sleep during my whole trip. Also the view from bed was amazing. Loved the pool. The views amazing both during the day and night. Delicious breakfast.
