Location if fantastic , The hotel is beautiful, it has a nice view of Taksim square and it is near the metro

Relatively small rooms, of course, related to the price you pay, and it is definitely more expensive than neighboring hotels, the ventilation in the bathroom is bad, the room lighting is weak, the bed for two people is not comfortable, and of course the hotel’s answer will be that we are pleased that you stayed in our hotel and we always take customers’ comments seriously and we will do our best

Beautiful city view from 10th floor, 50m to metro station. Absolutely fantastic breakfast and dinner! Staff everywhere is very friendly and helping. Rooms are not very big, but thoughtfully designed, and included many various toiletries (even socks which came handy because our luggage was delayed), it was certainly in top 3 of all rooms we stayed in. We went to few restaurants nearby that concierge recommended, most were exceptional, some we visited twice. They also got us great private guide with car for a day. Great stay, relaxing and easy experience all around!

Great Location, Spacious Room, Comfortable Room coupled with commendable service from Abbas and Ece at the lobby Restaurant and Sidika in house keeping.

Some of the staffs are not hospitable, while most of them are. I wanted to have my bags scaled and called house keeping at around 11 AM to take the backs down to the baggage room for scaling (as they have a large scale that cannot be moved). The staff called back after 15 minutes stating they were busy with checkouts and if possible they will do it during the day, which was agreed. Later at 5 pm called House keeping again to ask for scaling, which was turned down by an arrogant voice stating we are busy and can do it after 11 pm. I had to insist speaking to his manager who then sent the bell boy to do the needful. Some of the staff definitely need correction on how to speak to customers and hospitality.

Breakfast - amazing room - very small, seems like the hotel is trying to make space and so is reducing the size of existing rooms. the bathrooms especially toilet is tiny. there is no washer in the toilet, it is installed within the seat which not too hygienic in my opinion. need to improve on this. location - the best honestly

The room and bathroom were too small Front office desk (reception) need to be friendlier and more helpful - they come across as rude (some not all). The rooms need to be cleaned better - we found food residue on the floor and dust between the beds. If these change the experience would definitely be better and get the value for money.

The hotel was right in the centre of Taksim and only five minutes walk to the main shopping area and the metro.The rooms were a good size and clean and tidy with a good size shower and also breakfast in the restaurant in the mornings was very good and the staff were friendly and polite

I booked a double bed with a corner view of the main square and when checking in they upgraded us to the front over looking the main square at no extra cost which was great the only downside was the room had two single beds put together which made it a little uncomfortable sleeping apart from that everything else was great

Only Kettle tea and coffee is served for breakfast. Machine drinks including Cappuccino or Latte are extras that need to be paid. This is strange and not experienced in any of the 5 star Hotels that I have stayed across in Europe, middeeast and Asia. However Abbas saved the day and reputation of the hotel by offering Cappuccino without any additional charge for the duration of the stay.

The breakfast is wonderful, the service is excellent, the restaurant team is always friendly and smiling, and the service is fast The hotel's location is excellent, the room is of excellent size, and the cleaning team works efficiently and professionally

We were received by Mr. Gunit, who welcomed us and helped us until we received the room. He did not leave us until he made sure that all our requests had been met. During our four-day stay, the rest of the team treated us with friendliness and a smile and fulfilled our requests.

Great location at Taksim Square with lots of open space. Crisp and clean white beddings with a open view out to The and Bosphorous and beyond to the Asia side of Istanbul! outside the door steps is a pedestrian only open air shopping mall. Love the many food stalls on the square especially the roasted chestnuts. “Nostalgic Tram” is at the square as well as easy access to the metro and funicular. In house spa/hammam located on the same floor as the fitness and pool was just right for the tired bodies at the end of a busy day. Greater staff and concierge available to book additional tours and or restaurant recommendations. great value for our money. Marmara exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic value for our money. Will stay here again and recommend to friends and all!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's in the heart of Istanbul. Every you can think of is within your reach. If you up for a neighborhood where nobody is always in a party mode then this is exactly where you need to stay. It's very close to Istiklal Caddesi and it's quite an experience for a first timer like me.

The rooms were not too big. We are a family for 3 and we had 3 luggages and it became a bit challenging for us to accommodate everything. Also there were no mini bar menu which is a bit odd. In a 5 star hotel like this it's a must.
