The hotel was in an amazing location, it was just a short walk from the beach and there was a supermarket across the road with good prices. Many restaurants around, fairly priced aswell. The facilities were amazing, the pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers / room for you to sunbathe. There was also lots of shaded areas which was important for me. Our room was well air conditioned with a lovely view and house keeping did an amazing job every morning when making the bed and restocking towels. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Fantastic staff, great facilities, clean, lovely quality, great reception. Highlights were the food in the restaurant (my kids LOVED it)....buffet style, loads of choice, good quality ( special mention for the freshly grilled fish which was outstanding!) although the prices were a little steep so I definitely recommend getting inclusive; 2) the pools were fab, lots of space, loads of sun loungers and a really fun atmosphere with music and the animation team going crazy on the dancing! 3) the Reception staff who were terrific and the free left luggage service. A really terrific night's stay that exceeded expectations, thank you!

The lack of clarity before visiting about parking. Please explain that there is limited on-road free parking and that there is a car park opposite which costs 11euros a day...it would really help to know this in advance.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony was perfect, and the beach was walking distance from the hotel. A massive thank you to Carla for sorting out a taxi to take us to the airport after booking.com cancelled our reservation less than two hours before the pick up time. Overall the stay was perfect, the food was good and the facilities were more than enough for what we needed.

The location, the facilities, pleasant staff

The pool area was not waiter service, the menu for bar snacks was very limited, much less than any other hotel we have stayed in before. There were no parasols in the pool area, there was trees but there was not enough shade.

The breakfast was very good. The pool area and garden were also very good.

The Hotel Lifts are not accessible to visually impaired guests. There is no audible indication of when the lift reaches the desired floor. A visually impaired person would therefore not know if/when they had reached their floor.

Really nice breakfast and cleaning staff were most helpful. Didn't really use the pool much but it was lovely.

The lifts were the only real downside (small and often out of use) but thankfully I'm still fit enough to use the stairs. It would have been difficult for elderly guests.

The staff very friendly and willing to help, the pool very clean and nice. Everything worked accordingly, we had a great time.

The food wasnt the best but it was quite good. The beds werent very confortable but it was ok. There isnt nothing that made us have a bad time

There was a lot of flys in the area, understand this isn’t the hotels fault but it was difficult to enjoy the pool area.
