Clean, modern hotel with spacious family room. Comfy beds and lots of space for storing all our things. The rooftop pool was small but great for cooling down on hot days.

The hairdryer and fridge didn't work.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They even let me store two suitcases with the for two weeks without any additional charge. The hotel is clean and pretty and is also conveniently close to both the Barcelona and the airport.

Wifi access is a little complicated for iPhones

The hotel is located between several metro stations, and for those coming straight from the airport the connection is direct down at the EUROPA/FIRA station. It has a large shopping mall located very close to the hotel with many shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable, the rooftop pool is beautiful and the terraco pleasant for a drink. A member of my family had one of the keys to the room (card) stolen inside the wallet in the city center and they were kind and not charge any additional value for this.

The terraco bar was closed during my stay. I didn't find slippers or robes in my room, which are usually available in a 4-star hotel. I didn't ask at the reception because my stay was short.

We loved the using the facilities such as the pool and pool bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating on our first and last days, they looked after our luggage and allowed us to use the facilities until we left in the late afternoon.

On the last day the pool looked quite dirty, we found lots of bits in it and lots of hair. I think the tea and coffee supplies in the room could have been refilled more before our arrival. I feel that we had to find out a lot for ourselves, such as hiring towels for use in and around the pool and luggage storage on the first and last days. These are just little things that I’m mentioning to improve on, however there was nothing that we really disliked about the hotel.

Awesome location, nice area, fantastic shopping mall and metro within walking distance.

We stayed at the hotel twice before and really enjoyed it, this time we found a lot of younger tourists from England, using the pool area, drinking and being loud/swearing at the pool, as an result the hotel closes the pool area at 22h00. this was not the case before and being summer in Europe, one cannot take full advantage of the area at night that was disappointing. The hotel also offered a late check out option, my wife was sick and thus I requested it, but was just given an additional hour to check out, this was frustrating, rather do not offer it, as it was not because we just wanted to lay in. She managed to rest in the lounge downstairs, until we had to leave for the airport.

We loved the sauna area as well as the pool area. Probably need more benches for the summer as it didn't have enough space for all guests. Rooms were clean and nice, good bed and pillows. nicely set up room even for 3 persons. A lot of restaurants in a walking distance as well as transportations, usually a taxi waiting outside and the train station is only few steps away. Staff was friendly and nice

We didn’t like the breakfast and only ate there 2 days The pool bar was not open, a lot of people stayed there this week we stayed so they should have thought of opening the bar for guests. official opening was Saturday, may 20th

Stayed for one night on Saturday 25/03/2023 as we were attending the Robbie Williams gig. Very easy to find. Reception very polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a very pleasant surprise. Room was immaculate, loved the little touches of toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, comb, shoehorn etc. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice including some hot food. We could have had free use of the roof top pool gym etc but as we were only there for night we didn't bring swimwear etc with us. Will definitely return next time we are in Barcelona.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I had to extend my stay and they proposed me options instead of just gouging me like many hotels do. I ended up staying there after a quick check that the proposed price was as good as online price (and it was) Staff has to go through a few admin stuff so it takes a bit longer to check in than other countries but nothing horrible :) 10 minutes walk from main entrance of fiera 2-3 minutes walk to mall to get anything you need (including swimsuit if you forgot it at home!!)

I didn't have time to try the pool :( (my schedule was busy : not hotel fault obviously) Ice machines was empty late in the night (it was summer and everyone was using it).

- Quiet neighbourhood and close to the bus/metro lines - Gym and sauna facilities - Parking, even if it is a little bit too expensive 20E/day - EV charging in the parking garage

In the first evenings we had a very bad cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom, coming probably from a neighbour room, which was solved first evening with a professional air purifier and the second evening we had the room changed to a different floor (thanks to the helpful reception staff)
