It's such a convenient location and with free parking it just adds to its value. Staff are very friendly. I will be back again.

The staff were lovely, would recommend over larger hotel groups.

Around the sink and shower was quite dirty. And the air-conditioner was too small for the size of the room. I don't think it was located in a good spot for the layout. There were a lot of drunk/drug people there fighting both nights we were there so that wasn't very good for the children. The good side is they enjoyed the pool (when able) due to the people fighting they stayed in the room for the most part of the first day. That is no fault of the accommodation itself.

The bath room was fantastic, looked like a high end motel suite, The room was large, and clean but dated, in need of a coat of paint. The outside area looked very run down and in need of an upgrade. The Bed was very comfortable, except the pillows. It looked like the owners were in the middle of an up grade as the reception area looked clean and fresh.

Pillows were practically flat, would recommend bringing your own. Unfortunately we were right next to the laundry and "something" was causing a "banging" noise all night. Bathroom, whilst very nice just needed finishing off (nail holes in door frame filled and painted, spa controls loose). Room had a very "musky" smell, left the door open for awhile to air it out. Swimming pool area looked neglected while the pool was clean, although we didn't use it.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The room itself was what we expected. We requested a breakfast pack for each of us and it was a great price considering how much you receive.

Of no fault of the property itself, the busy road to try and enter was very overwhelming. We were told the times to enter the pool were between 10am-9:30pm which meant we weren’t able to have a dip before checkout yet when we went to check out there was already people in the pool.

The location was easy to find and close to my appointment location the following day. The room was satisfactory along with facilities. Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staff at book-in. Bed and bedding were satisfactory and comfortable. I feel the cleanliness could be up graded.

The carpet was stained and felt dirty, didnt want to walk on it barefoot. Looked like and felt like it needed a good vacuuming/steam cleaning. Tile grouting in the bathroom needs a good scrubbing or replacing. Overall room could do with a freshening up.

I was very happy with they way they accommodated me by allowing me to change room from upstairs to a flat level as for my age I have trouble get up a high level of stairs and the room they put me in was great thank you so much

I can’t think of anything negative to say about my stay with you at all the car parking was good and you don’t have to carry your luggage very far to your room which I found was very good

Really good location with easy access to the city, the hills and the beach. The room was well set out and the bed was very comfortable. Room had a kettle, toaster, very small fridge and a microwave. Also tea and coffee making item with tiny little milk pots in the fridge. Bedside lamp was very handy as I like to read before sleeping. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast pack is very handy, containing cereal, milk, juice box, bread, butter, jam, fruit tub or jelly tub and a muesli bar.

The housekeeping is very hit and miss. Most days I asked for my room to be made up. I found that this seemed to only get the bed tided up and the coffee making items refilled. At least once, dirty towels were left on the floor of the shower and the toilet was not cleaned at all while I was there. I have worked in housekeeping and am well aware of what can be achieved in a very short period of time and was disappointed that it is poorly managed here

Nice cosy place to stay like the layout of the place. Has a good vibe to it good design. Had a pool and fitness facility. Rooms are small and cosy.

There isn't anything I didn't like about the place. There isn't anything to change other then if you had two people you could only access one side of the bed but most people would just deal with it while most complain. But not a major thing as there is still room to access if you needed.

The room was neat and clean, The House keeping staff was always on time and kept the room supplied with clean towels and linens.

The carpeting in my room was loose and curling under near the walls, it made for an uneven feel when walking to the door. The knobs in the shower were not labeled so I had to use process of elimination to distinguish the hot from the cold.
