Quality Apartments Adelaide Central

The room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette reasonably equipped, with the basics - and washing machines are available on some floors for no extra charge. The location is central, with a tram stop outside the front door, and supermarkets and Central Market within easy walking distance. The room we had was on the sixth floor, and was easily accessible via the lifts, We didn't have a car, so can't comment on the parking facilities. Being right in the heart of the CBD had advantages, but also some downsides, with noisy traffic, very busy at times footpaths and local identities wandering around which may be confronting for some travellers, although we never had a problem. The front desk is staffed for the majority the day. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was handy. A bus stop for the airport is located very close by, and takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport for a local fare.

The airconditioning was a little noisy.

Our accommodation was amazing! The suite had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The bed was comfy and the spa was great for relaxing in every night after our full days of exploring Adelaide. We were close to Rundle Mall, the casino and restaurants.

Not really a complaint, but it would have been nice to have some breakfast included, even if it was just a continental breakfast. It was a little hard trying to find somewhere for a quick bite before our tours each morning, not a lot opened early morning in the city.

Quality apartments Adelaide Central are exceptionally well located with access to free buses and trams just metres from the door. With excellent shopping, handy banks, supermarket and food outlets just around the corner, just about everything you could want is at hand. There does seem to be a shortage of restaurants in this part of the city, but venture a little further and they can be found - easily accessible using the excellent fee, public transport system in central Adelaide. The room was comfortable, with a massive bathroom and jet tub. The well appointed kitchen had an oven which was a bonus when cooking in. Comfortable bed.

Partial glass partition between living area and bedroom (obviously designed to let natural light flow through the apartment) meant that at night there was referred light (and sound) through into the bedroom if someone else was watching TV or working at the dining room table. The bathroom was unnecessarily overly big - some of the bathroom area could have been better used as additional living space which would have made the apartment even more impressive. Shortage of cutlery - only 2 of each utensil meant we were always cleaning the last used items.

The front staff and all the cleaning crew were very kind, helpful and went out of their way for us. The cleaning crew couldn't do enough for us, which was greatly appreciated. On our arrival, the front staff went out of their way for early check-in and looked after our bags whilst we waited. The kitchen facilities have been updated and were very easy to use. We had everything we needed in regard to the kitchen facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself was very central to everything. Busses, trams and taxis are the way to go. Or, if you like, your can walk to lots of shops and attractions.

The bathroom tiles need to be deep cleaned.

The apartment we stayed in was really spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the kitchen facilities in the room. Loved the location relative to Hindley st, Rundle Mall and the casino, restaurants and shops.

Although the bathroom was very clean and spacious it could be better detailed by giving the floor grouting a good steam clean as it did not present well. The car parking arrangement was ok although the Wilson’s Car Park around the corner was a little awkward for our station wagon. Wouldn’t be a problem for a small sedan or hatchback.

Location was fabulous and very central. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for decent stay to self cater. I had a spa room and the spa was sooo good after a big day on my feet. I would definitely stay here again

The heating could have been better, it didn't seem to reach a warm enough temperature even when turned right up although we followed the instructions and had the fan lower. It was not uncomfortable but we had to add an extra layer when sitting around at night

The location is great. The buses and tram are just outside the door. The bed was very comfortable. They serviced the apartment regularly. The staff were friendly. Everything seemed quite new. It was good that we could leave our luggage with them after we checked out until we left for the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is out of the control of the hotel, but the traffic got a bit noisy early in the morning. Also on one morning at about 7.30 when we were still sleeping there was a lot of noise as if someone was fixing the air conditioning, The apartments themselves are clean but the decor is not very interesting. The sofa was creaking.

Location was excellent. We were there for Tour Down Under. It was only 5 min walk to the TDU village, supermarkets and shops, a 10 min walk to Adelaide central markets and a short bike ride to everything else! The hotel provided everything we needed even laundry liquid and laundry facilities. The cleaning refresh daily was also much appreciated. Having a kitchen also was really handy.

The lifts were a bit shaky and the doors closed so quickly!!

Pros: large rooms, comfortable bed and sofa, large wardrobe, bedside drawers and sockets each side, large kitchen and central location. Plus free washing machines and dryers on multiple levels throughout the building.

Cons: windows dont open, room didnt smell nice, no extractor fan or window in bathroom so it got steamy when using the shower. I always clean my hotel rooms upon check-in (how 'dirty' the wipes/cloths end up is a good indication to the cleanlinest of the room) and the bathroom floor was filthy.

Great size unit and in great location for the purposes of our visit. Beds were comfortable. Unit was quiet from outside noises even though located in the busy area of Adelaide. Walking distance to restaurants, public transport and Casino.

Shower area in unit could do with a good clean up or even facelift. A bit mouldy/dirty looking. If two unit booked as a three bedroom, an extra key fob for entry and lifts would have been good. Basically we always had to stay as a group otherwise you couldn't get access to entry and lifts.
