The location was excellent for our needs as it was close to the family member we were visiting. Large shopping centre a half block away to get anything you need. Rooms are modern and clean. We had a one bedroom which had a kitchen with oven and fridge, plus washer and dryer in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
We stayed a week over the Christmas period. Rubbish was accumulating both in our room and in the underground carpark next to the access lift which was getting smelly. For a one week stay you are entitled to one room clean/service. Because of the public holidays, the only day staff were on to do this was the day before we left, which was a bit useless.

Room bed was comfortable & all bathroom amenities at a high standard. The balcony had comfortable chaird and table and the double sound proof glass doors a bonus. Kitchen area had everything required and the room was presented at a high standard.
The guy at front desk located me in a room which smelt of smoke and was on the street side which I has specificlly asked not to be located. Subseqently I asked was back at reception asking for room change and placed on the garden side with a very nice room. Everything else about the stay was excellent

The cleaniness was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the location superb. Close to Victoria Gardens shopping centre and trams to the city outside your door.
We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms but our apartment only had 1 bathroom. Staff explained that the complex was fully booked so couldn't move us. It wasn't really that important anyway. Also there really wasn't enough lighting. Especially in the bathroom

Room was great for a short stay. We had a studio appartment on the main road side. Close to everything and easy to get around. Tram stop right out front. And catching an uber was pretty inexpensive. Beds were comfy enough. The doors to the balcony were double doored so it blocked out all the traffic and pedestrian sounds wonderfully. Black out curtains meant excellent sleep ins.
The shower was a bit weird. Felt like I was getting hit by a fire hydrant. Definitely recommend the hotel change heads. I didn't find the shower enjoyable at all. The lighting was very dark through out the room and hallways. Made it a bit difficult for a girl to be putting on her makeup.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location was good with a tram stop just outside the door. The IGA just next door was really convenient.
My only complaint really was that we had booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and after going into the apartment, realised it had only 1 bathroom. Spoke to reception and was told that they were fully booked and didn't have a 2 bathroom apartment available. Since we had booked many months beforehand, we felt a 2 bathroom apartment should have been allocated to us at that time. In my opinion, we should have been offered some compensation for this but this was not forthcoming. The Manager did apologise and admit that we should have been contacted prior to our arrival and if we had been, we would have insisted that we be given the apartment we paid for.

Our accommodation was exactly as depicted. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. Everything was clean, which we really appreciated. There was easy access to the carpark, which made using the car during our stay very convenient. Having a very nice supermarket next door was a lovely surprise and very handy.
Next time I would request a room that didn't face on to Victoria St, Abbotsford. Sitting on the small balcony wasn't as pleasant as it could have been, due to the traffic.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which I was very pleased with. Good kitchen; good bathroom with plenty of hot water and washing machine and dryer in a cupboard in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Even though my apartment overlooked Victoria Street, there was no traffic noise, thanks to the double glazing. I really appreciated having access to my own small balcony too as I was staying for a few days. Good standard of cleanliness. There was a small supermarket just 2 doors away and the excellent Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, which had everything you could possibly need, was only a 5 minute walk away. Close to the Victoria Street tram stop so great access to the city of Melbourne and etc. Can highly recommend :)
The upholstered small sofa in the lounge was quite uncomfortable, and a little grubby looking. Probably time to replace it. I was staying for a few days, and found it more comfortable to sit and watch TV in the office chair instead.

Towels need replacing. Held up to the light you can see they are quite worn. Seriously no one wants a threadbare towel. Toss them out and replace! Your are in the business of hospitality and good, quality towels are very important. Lack of info re nearby amenities.

This was a wonderful at this property and i will defiently be booking this again. I had a trainee staff member book me in and was nothing short of professional and helpful. the bed was very large and comfortable and the cleaniness of my room was exeptional.
There was nothing i can pin point that was wrong with this property. The property was well appointed and staff were pleasant. Taxi parking out the front was a little on the slight side even though i had no trouble with taxi travel or parking at all.
