Quest Sanctuary Lakes Apartments

Was hoping to have room service each day to top up Coffee/Suger sachets but not a show stopper.

Perfect accommodation just outside of Melbourne. Clean, spacious, in quiet location, the ground floor has a nice kitchen and a living room area, the upper floor two bedrooms, each with bathroom, one with a nice terrace Comfy beds, we had a great sleep. Parking for free just in front of your door. I tend to write that we would definitely come back, but in fact we already did - we later had to stay one more night in the Melbourne area and we immediately went to Quest Sanctuary Lakes.

A lot of cigarette buts outside on the ground just behind the living room door. I appreciate that people do not smoke inside, but it would still be nice to have clean grass even outside.

Wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful and obliging. Location a great suburb area of Melbourne and close to Hoppers Crossing Encore Event Center, Weribee and not far from Geelong, Melbourne City, Melbourne Airport and other suburbs. Sanctuary Lakes is a lovely area. Great for golfers, includes restaurant at the club house. Awesome to be able to use gym and pool. Close to Sancturary Lakes shopping center. Wonderful Butcher, fish market, fruit and vege market, plus Coles and many other shops and cafés... Large size apartment - 2 bdrm, 2 ensuite, large laundry and good size kitchen. Has carport for rental car.

Mostly it was well equipped. Didn't have a coffee plunger but one was found for us to use at reception. Could soon do with some fresh painting as flat looked a bit tired in parts. Lighting in kitchen and living area quite dark. Interior areas such as skirtings could do with an extra clean. Exterior carport , path and steps could do with good clean down as looked like spillages etc not washed off. Not ungrateful, but just little things like that would be more welcoming and professional.

The location is pretty. Beautiful views of the open plains / golf course. And of course the lakes. Pretty serene. Shout out to the reception lady who helped me have early check in. Most appreciate it! And also - property was clean. Always appreciate that.

The place has limited eating options, if you dont have a car that is :) Mainly applies to my situation rather than the hotel. I was one of the odd customers who didnt come with transport, so cant really complain :) This is a great place with a full on kitchen for those who can come stocked with supplies.

Having access to the golf course and additional amenities was very convenient. The apartment itself was a townhouse situation with own driveway and garaging. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment in general was very clean.

When having the function of a kitchen, it needs to be able to be used to its maximum capacity and provide a good range of utensils and cooktop/oven pots and pans.

Nice little townhouse apartment. Good facilities, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests have access to the golf club restaurant and cafe.

Living areas are all downstairs, but the only toilet is the upstairs ensuite. If you don't want to eat at the golf club then you have a bit of a drive to find something else.

I liked the area and location to the shopping mall snf motorways. Access to the pool, spa, tennis court and gym were also very close . Loved the view from the balcony.

No mention on the site the accommodation had stairs to a second level and no toilet on the ground level.

This is a great place to stay but you must have you own transport otherwise it will end up costing more for travelling around as all shops and other things to do are a fair distance from the location otherwise it's a prefect location we loved everything about the apartment

From the very start was amazing. Site was clean, reception staff were so lovely & helpful. Room was spotless and just beautiful. Beautiful walks. Both cafe and restaurant were closed for renovations. Was quiet and perfect.

Sad both cafe and restaurant shut. Wondered if an alternative space avail even limited time on deck - coffee wine etc?

love the area and the staff were all wonderful.

the pillows are very uncomfortable and I don’t like how the bathroom with the bath is locked when you only book for two people. only booked for two people as my 2 year old co sleeps with us.
