NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg

Super comfortable stay, near all the shops, scenic places, close to Tootbus pick up point, near the Centraal station.. Staff super accomodating.. Front Desk- Super friendly, making sure always for a pleasant check in and check out experience, not making you wait long.. Really friendly.. and I like that… Breakfast- Food always warm, wide selection of food, very cozy dining area, love the minimalistic interior.. Housekeeping- fresh towels everyday, and coffee pods refill too.. Bed really nice to sleep on and tidied up during most days of our stay.. The entire hotel smells good from the lobby, elevator up to the hotel room. This hotel is really after the comfort and convenience of their guests.

Just noticed some dusts on the furnitures, cabinets… but it’s bearable because bedsheets are clean, towels fresh and room smells nice.

The location had been excellent Close to the major place of attraction, food places and for strolling around. Room had been OK, a little bigger would have been better. It had been very comfortable, clean but without a mini bar. Toilet had been very good, so the bed and other things. The breakfast had been really excellent.

Should have a mini bar in the room, glasses for drinking water to be in the room.The restaurant was probably only for breakfast, should have been open active for other food.

First and foremost, the staff were great. Multiple languages allowed for both us and other guests to feel at ease with the check in and any other related questions. The location is great , situated a walking distance from the main market place and in front of a very beautiful cathedral. The presence of a hotel parking is a huge bonus as well.

The only thing I didn’t like about the properly is the bed. I had booked 2 rooms (2 single beds in each). 2 out of the 4 beds were squeaky and seemed unstable, we were still able to sleep as we were tired. A small inconvenience as we stayed only one night, could be an issue if it was multiple nights.

very nice staff working at the hotel, the location is great and right in middle of the city. the breakfast was good but that is a given with NH Hoteles. nice but small fitness room

you don’t hear the street so the windows are very good at noise canceling, but the walls are pretty thin a you could hear a lot. not so bad that you can’t sleep but when you are sensitive consider that. also the room was clean but it already saw better days and a refurbishment would be nice. High speed Wi-Fi for 10 Euro per day is ridiculous now a days.

Location was excellent, easy walking distance from Grand Place and Central Station, but on a quieter back road. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in/out was simple and straightforward. Bed was comfortable and the room a reasonable size. General cleanliness was good in both room and bathroom. Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle were provided with a small selection of teas and pods, although only really enough for a single occupancy room.

Room was showing signs of age and use, but everything worked fine and was perfectly clean. There was a slight lack of storage, plenty of hanging space, but most of the shelving was taken up with the tea/coffee maker, mini fridge and safe. Would have been nice to have 2 each of the teas and coffee pods, so both occupants could have the same drink.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff who greeted and helped with a professional smile and humbleness. Room was not spacious per our norms of UAE.

On booking.com it was mentioned parking is available which we understood that it will be a free parking but we were told that parking is available and we booked the room. Later hotel send a mail that parking will be with a charge of 22 Euros. Booking.com should show it upfront that parking is available with a charge and that will be fair.

I pretty much liked everything in this hotel The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had tea kettle and a coffee machine. But the most wonderful thing about ir is the LOCATION!!!! I couldn’t believe how central it was, I didn’t use public transport at all!! Overall it was a great stay

The only downside was the rooms being a bit noisy The window was looking at the street and lots of noise came from the street

Very clean, comfortable decent room, with a fabulous firm bed & soft downy pillows, in overall excellent quality hotel a short walk from Brussels' "Grand Place". Superb varied buffet breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. Easy to reach by train, Metro or bus.

Although perfectly clean, our bathroom badly needed updating: some tile grouting, & toilet stained, & a shower curtain: ugh! please NO! - @ c.150 euros (even in an expensive city) we expected better. Also room, & building just uninspiring - some pictures on walls might help...

The walls are really thin, so you can hear the cracks and crevices of the doors moving + people talking and it's extremely loud so resting during the day isn't the best experience in my opinion

It is close to Central station about 5 min walk and is around the corner from Royal Galley of Saint Hubert. Grand Place and old town is also about 5-10 minutes walk. What we love most is Miss Phien from front desk. She is fantastic and very nice. She makes the check in process so easy, helped us with everything we need. She is definitely great assets to this property.

Room is smaller but we have no problem. Wish the hotel would provide complimentary bottled water to welcome the guest.
