The stuff is very friendly, wifi is ok and the breakfast is delicious - there’s always fresh fruit & vegetables, good pastry and nice desserts. Cleaning was good and the room had enough space for a big suitcase. Lavazza coffeemaker in the room had better coffee, than the breakfast coffee machine :)

Not all the rooms have coffeemakers (all have kettles though), so it’s a matter of luck. The rooms also have different layouts, some definitely have a slightly better bathroom layout (but then they don’t have the coffeemakers 😀)

I loved the hotel. Although it is located in the city center the rooms are quiet. You can occasionally hear the ambulance or the police sirens but not all the time. There was a coffee machine which they restocked daily. And the housekeeping would make the bed and clean the bathroom only without moving anything from the room. You get two glass bottles that you can fill with cold or warm water from the hall and there’s a microwave also how convenient. The hotel is less than a minute walk from rogier metro station. The area is pretty busy even at night so I felt safe going around til midnight. A bonus is the welcome cookie delicious with chocolate chips and walnuts.

I wish they had a nespresso machine instead of lavazza because I bought some capsules and found out later they don’t fit in the machine.

Modern and clean. Very nice breakfast with lots of good fruit. Good coffee in the room. Very comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows. Good food at the restaurant. Kind staff. I liked the water station. Generous check-out (12:00) and we were given early check-in.

Several guests came back late (1am) and were noisy in the hall, which came through very audibly to the room. I liked the mattress topper so much that I asked about it, but the reply (automated?) sent me to their website without telling me which product it was, and the website (a) is in the US, (b) doesn't seem to have the topper that they had in Brussels.

The room was very nice, clean, had a view of the park in front and the bed was very comfy. What we found really smart was that the mini bar fridge had nothing in it. You have to go down to the reception / main foyer area to buy food and drinks you would like to put in it. Genius! No surprise mini bar charges at the end of your stay. The hotel is right next to Rogier Metro station and a 9 minute walk from Brussels Nord. We will definitely stay here again, the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly with our questions as first time visitors in Brussels. Special mention would be Manon from reception, who told us where to get good food around Brussels, Iden from housekeeping, who even accompanied us to the police station after her shift when she found out my husband lost his wallet while we were walking the streets.

Nothing really. Maybe the temperature of the room was warm, as we think it turns off automatically on thermostat at night, but this is just our personal preference.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The location is perfect; right next to metro/tram station and just a hop, skip and jump from rue Neuve (shops, coffee shops & fast food places). Large and pleasant lobby/rest area. The little chocolate Easter eggs at reception/breakfast were a lovely extra for Easter morning :)

Although there were different choices for breakfast, I was a little disappointed in the buffet, especially compared to the rest of the services offered by the hotel. Quite a few savoury dishes that seemed to be just dinner leftovers but no sausages or hashbrowns and pastries weren't very good quality. Also, frequent empty platters so didn't necessarily have what I wanted for breakfast every day.

We've got a clean and spacious room. The hotel has free drinking water stations. The choice in the restaurant is not big, but we had dinner there one day and what we ordered was fresh and tasty. I liked the breakfast a lot. Among other things, there was a large variety of pate's, cheses, vegetables, and all kinds of fresh fruits. The hotel is located with a walking distance from Manneken Pis and other sightseeings.

The hotel is located next to an emergency hospital, so there is an ambulance sound all night long. It might be a problem for sensitive sleepers.

Lovely Room, clean and tidy, bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately when I visited it was cold and raining and still winter, I had a view overlooking the park, so I'm guessing it would of looked lovely in the spring with the blossom. The Metro is just outside the hotel, so really easy for getting around.

We did a trip by train to Bruges, lovely place, highly recommended, however when we arrived back at the station it was dark, there was quite a few homeless fighting and arguing and the sex shops were open outside the station. My partner didn't feel safe. Just make sure your back before night fall.

Location is superb, breakfast is good, beds are comfortable. Rooms have bottles for gas and non-gas water for the water fountains in the hallways. The staff was helpful, the hotel bar is a decent place to catch up with friends after a long day.

Details, really; nothing that would steer me away from the property, but, still, missing. No tea bags in the room (the kettle is there), so you have to bring a couple from the restaurant, after breakfast. No shower cap/ q-tips/ cotton pads int he bathroom; available per request. No disposable slippers; if you did not bring your own (not many people carry them on business trips), will have to walk barefoot around the room (including carpeted part).

Clean room. New beddings. New, white towels. No smell. Most importantly, clean toilet and bathroom. Great place to stay because it's just in the city center. This hotel is just walking distance to WCO Brussels.

No one helped my husband in pushing our luggage when we entered upon check-in. No view in Rm. 4005. No bidet behind the water closet. It's inconvenient. We booked as 3 persons (my daughter, my husband and me). We had a comfortable king bed but my daughter's bed was a collapsible queen bed with thin mattress, so uncomfortable. And we still have to request by calling the housekeeping for dental kits. If breakfast is not included in your booking, it's 34€ each. Nothing inside the refrigerator. Water has to be fetched outside - in the corridor. A little pricey... Exit door (opposite the entrance) was closed during our stay. Staff? Not so friendly and accommodating. Their smiles are precious perhaps.
