Comfort Inn & Suites Levis / Rive Sud Quebec city

Although a bit outdated in decor, this hotel offers comfortable, clean accommodations at a reasonable cost. The best part of our experience there this time was that the power was out in the entire area when we arrived, making it challenging for both staff and guests at the check-in point. Yet, the staff remained calm, courteous and professional, working their way through a great many registrations manually. Our hostess was particularly calm and friendly, even laughing during the process. After a long day getting there, this attitude was particularly refreshing. Bon travaille!

Just two minor points. We had a huge King Suite, but the lighting seemed inadequate for the space. And the bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

We stayed at 425. The king bed was massive and I had the best sleep in a very long time. The reception was helpful, they gave us plates, knives, Q-Tips, dental floss, comb and smile but strangely no free water bottles. Their parking was right in front of the hotel and the electric parking was behind the hotel and both were at the hotel premises. We came from Toronto but the staff were able to speak to me with English and were helpful. There were English channels on the big screen TV. The Jacuzzi was bigger than I expected and it was good and the swimming pool was also good. There is 24 hours coffee and tea available for free which I have never seen in any other hotels. I will definitely come again. This is an amazing hotel in Quebec city area. FYI, even though the hotel is located in Levis, it is 12 minutes from Old Quebec city.

The buffet. The buffet breakfast was too early - 6am till 10am. Why is it so early? I wish the hotel could extend the time otherwise we had to set an alarm to wake up and come for food. Also, I was a little disappointed with the food. Everything was microwave food, the eggs, the sausages and beans were all microwaved. I used to love scrambled eggs but in this buffet it was disgusting. Please change that and your hotel will get 5 stars.

Breakfast was good. Consistent but not outstanding. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean - very nice loved the location - ability to walk to nearby restaurants was good plus near to the highway for easy access

signage was not good - so a bit hard to find entrance even though I knew where it was. comfort inn breakfasts seem to be the same everywhere and I like the consistency but can be a bit boring. better seasonal fruit might be good.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of healthy choices meeting my family dietary needs. The service at the breakfast room was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Room was located excellent on the ground floor near a door for easy access to come and go with our dog. Will definitely recommend to others and book again on future trips in the region later this year. Shower was great.

Breakfast was okay. would like better food options perhaps - better fruit and whole wheat bread. scrambled eggs were average. a bit hard to find with limited signage but GPS got me there tv didn't work well

Breakfast: customers are asked to select their choices for the next morning with pick-up time. The food are well packed, clean and tidy with additional items for us to go. Cleanliness: the room is very clean and tidy. Location: excellent for me as I purpose chose this location away from city centre that will avoid the traffic in the moring

Lighting: apart from the toilet, there were only 2 lights in the room, but due to one of the light was out of order, the entire room was very very dim. I reported to the front office but the staff indicated there was no one available to check for it. Having said that, I hope she would report it to the relevant department for repair. Otherwise the next customer(s) occupied the same room will continue to suffer.

We had an issue finding the hotel as there obviously was a language barrier with the written address and our english oriented GPS. After finding the telephone number, which was not printed on our reservation, the front desk attendant told us the most important bit of info.........Exit 311. An eye pleasing building from the exterior, tucked behind the road. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, Comfy beds and, pillows, and quiet rooms. Breakfast staff very personable. Best mini waffles EVER had at a hotel continental breakfast!Walkable to restaurants. A restful night stay.

Ths has been a stopping place midway on our road trip for years. I know what to expect and it doesn't disappoint. We are looking for a comfortable quiet spot to recover and sleep after a full day of driving. It's quiet, clean and we love the full breakfast that is complementary.

The location is very convenient, right out of Quebec City, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment spots. The room is clean and big, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would like to stay at this hotel next time we go.
