Days Inn by Wyndham Levis

It is not the first time we stop here. We like the location, we like the breakfast. Kids especially love the wafers machine and the breakfast overall - eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals, bread and bagels with spreads, juices, tea/coffee/cacao, some pastry.

The swimming pool water wasn't transparent at all. I do not know how people even dare to swim in there! Breakfast area lacks waste bins - they are constantly overloaded. You can easily come to a breakfast in the period when there's no so much to eat - they do replenish the meals, but sometimes you'll have to wait 20 minutes for that. Windows are to the highway side. When they are closed it is quiet in the room, but not enough oxygen (at least with 4 people it wasn't good enough), if you open the window - it would be too noisy. There is an EV charger, but it costs $4/h with just Level 2 charge (7kW)! That's too expensive!

This hotel was surprisingly nice! This was particular location was definitely better than any other Days Inn I have stayed at. The facility looked to be either new or completely remodeled and it was very nice inside. The pool area was very good too. It was well kept and also had a hot tub and a shallow kids pool with a fountain.

The breakfast situation needs to be improved quite a bit. Even when it was not busy, there were several items that ran out and were either not replaced or were only replaced when requested. On top of that, one of the days we were there was over a weekend and the hotel looking to be booked (almost to) capacity. On this day, the dining area was completely full and dirty. There were a couple of dozen people in the food area, making any food very difficult and lengthy to get. Clearly, the breakfast space is too small and the hotel is not sufficiently staffed to serve all the food.

This is our first time in Quebec City. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. The hotel was a bit outdated but very well maintained and clean. The room is so spacious. Location is the best, so many shops with walking distance, grocery store, gas station, and coffee shops. Overall, our experience was pleasant. Definitely, we will be back and stay here again. We're in love with the city!!

The room was spotless, the soaker tub was amazing, the pool was warm (but busy), the buffet breakfast was too notch!! The bed was super comfortable and all staff were pleasant and helpful with smiles on their gaces

The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, you could see skin cells floating around, and the pet fee was exuberant ($50, opposed to all other hotels which charge $20-$25) robbery!! Charge a damage deposit and refund half if you want to charge more for peace of mind. This fee was also UNDISCLOSED.

We had to check in late due to our flight being delayed so I sent the hotel a message. They replied quickly and let me know that there was someone at the desk 24 hrs a day. The hotel is well located, right off the highway. We arrived past midnight, check in was quick, room was comfortable and hotel was quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagel, bread, coffee, tea & juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bed was on the smaller size but was still quite comfortable.

This hotel was conveniently located off of highway 20 just before you take the bridge into Quebec City. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel had an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. Lots of free parking and free wifi. The free breakfast was very good with some hot selections, along with yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, juice, cereal, etc. It is only about 15 min drive from the hotel to downtown Quebec City. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, nice beds - very comfortable. Everything very clean. Had a great parking spot by the front door! Breakfast was good, and plentiful, nice and fresh. Check in and out was efficient and swift. Staff very nice. Good restaurant nearby.

We used the spa and the pool. Both nice, but the spa really needed a good cleaning. Water was very cloudy. The push-button to activate the water jets was broken with wires showing (Recessed, but still in a wet scenario). I realize it's hard to clean a spa on a daily basis, but this was well-do, and that switch/button should be fixed ASAP to avoid someone possibly getting a good shock. I found the room rate a bit pricey for what we got.

Hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and food was refilled when quantity was low. There were several good restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to area.

The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the guy's Jeremy, who helped us to relocate in another room as we didn't like the assigned room . The breakfast was really good and had lots of variety. The room was cleaned when we returned back from our outing, and we stayed 2 nights. Liked the hot tub and the sauna thats the most amazing and marvelous things there. Highly recommended 👌

The service was excellent. I accidentally drove away without my electric cooler (left it on the passenger side of the truck when I left the parking lot). 20 minutes down the road, I realized and called the hotel. The lady was so kind and sent someone to the parking lot to check for my cooler. It was still there! They brought it in and kept it behind the front desk and called me back to let me know. Great customer service! 👌
