Comfort Suites Saskatoon

I loved the size of our room, the bathroom was huge!! The pool was really nice, my daughter had fun on the waterslide. The breakfast was sooo good a ton of choices. Beds were really comfortable, once asleep I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. They were also really accommodating with our older dog. Overall it was a nice stay.

My main issues were the random check up phone call on the room at 7:30pm which was really frustrating because we had just gotten the kids/ baby to bed and that woke them up. I’ve never had a hotel just random call the room to check up. Perhaps they shouldn’t if they know family’s are traveling with small kids. They need to clean ALL of the headboard. Once we turned off the lights, and just put on the side lamp it was very clear that someone had a lot of “fun” at one point ( handprints everywhere even at the top of the headboard) My other dislike was the amount of emails and text messages they sent. It got REALLY annoying really fast..

Counter rep confirmed my email but did not send me my receipt as I requested. I therefore had to call back in to get it. ........................................................

The place is well kept. Exceptional staff. However when we arrived we were informed that the price was higher because of a concert. We were there to race super trucks. I explained that we had no notice and booked over a month ago and we're not notified. We left while they were going to figure out what to do. If it's more as there were 2 different prices a couple weeks ago. I'm not sure what's going on yet. But I refuse to pay anything more!

Nothing as yet. Waiting to see what they are going to charge me. I felt uncomfortable leaving without knowing. This is our 3 Rd time staying there and the front desk was awesome about it, but confused. Even the manager

The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Lots of lightening. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the room a 9. It was spacious, the extra seating was great, the closet was large with extra bedding. The air conditioner worked and didn't smell like other hotels we have stayed in which was great as it was 30 degree weather. Loved that it was top floor, didn't have to worry about hearing others above us.

The card lock machine was malfunctioning so we didn't have cards to our room but front desk did bring us to our room The toilet seat moved, it needs to be tightened.

The breakfast looked great. I saw it had a wide variety of food. We did not eat, just because of time. I greatly appreciated the fact that one of my rooms had the smoke detector beeping. We talked to front desk and within minutes it was fixed. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Thank you!!

There was absolutely nothing that could have been better. The staff there was beyond amazing!!!

From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was so friendly and warm. They called up to our room about an hour after our arrival to see if everything met our needs. Very kind staff. We checked in at 4:30 and the kids wanted to go swimming right away. The water slide doesn’t get turned on until 5 but they turned it on early for the kids - this is customer service that goes above! Our room was a nice size. Beds and pillows were comfy. We even had a hide-a-bed and a cozy chair. Nice area for reading.

Zero complaints here. it was clean, convenient and comfortable!

I like the very close walking distance to Sasktel Center. The room is very spacious and modern. The bed is very comfortable.

Its minor, but it is the only complaint I can think of. When I checked in the staff member told me that I would get my damage deposit back "if" I didn't break anything. It felt like she was assuming that I would damage the room.

The location is extremely convenient and everything was very clean. The breakfast was good as well.

There isn’t a lot of sound proofing in the building at all. Thankfully I sleep with earplugs in anyway so it didn’t bother me, but I think it would be a different story for someone who is a light sleeper or likes quiet.

Prefer restaurant but this was ok as a do it yourself et.

We liked everything. Impressive. Especially liked the friendly staff. Dog facilities were great. Picnic tables smoking areas garbage and dog area and poop bags also good idea

breakfast was great there was lot of food and it sure was tasty, the pool and waterslide, the staff was incredibly kind. The hotel was very clean and cozy. Parking was awesome as we came in on a passenger van
