Motel 6-Saskatoon, SK

Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and well put together. Location to 16, Tim Hortons in the parking lot, and fuel across the way made it great. Also, the shower was the best shower I’m had in a hotel in all my years of traveling.

The bed was a bit firm as well as the pillows, towels were rough.

Was close to the west end and easy to access

Be sure to pay attention to the room you book haha. I’ve never seen a room with two double beds and but that’s what I booked. Lack of breakfast which was pretty minor because we didn’t really need it and it’s not set up for that.

The bed was comfortable. There was attention to the cleanliness and the price was quite good for the rating. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the adherence to Covid protocols was much appreciated.

It was a little noisy a couple of times but I was right at the main entrance and across from the elevator on the main floor. I think any rooms further down the hall would be just fine.

Breakfast was fine muffins and coffee no resturant but close enough to walk for a meal. Staff was excellent. Helpful and friendly.

Nothing with the motel. The only dislike would be we booked for a price and then a few minutes later bookings.cim showed a lower price. With that in mind we might consider booking through someone different next time.

staff were very friendly and helpful! When I ask for coffee , the morning staff replied I'll make you some fresh coffee it has been been there for a while. Enjoyed the freshly baked muffins from Tim Horton individually bagged and the variety to choose from !! The service was great the rooms very clean , we got what we requested ! Prompt to answer your txt messages !!

Liked that you accept my dogs without additional fees.

Minor things like location due to the semi truck noise across the street. Pillows too fat. But really can't complain.

Everything else was great, as usual.

The heat was set at 55 degrees when I entered my room....pretty cold. Not happy, in light of the fact I was already freezing from being outdoors all afternoon.

The gentleman at check-in was very personable. He called up to the room to check if everything was OK. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine. The location for us was excellent (adjacent to the Yellowhead on the west side of Saskatoon). There are a Tim Hortons restaurant and an Esso gas station/Husky truck stop right next to the Motel. We were on the the third floor and outside noise wasn't an issue.

The room temperature was 10.5°C when we arrived as the heat had been switched off. It took about 90 minutes to warm up to 21°C. The bath's drain was pretty clogged resulting in pooling water while showering. No kleenex in the room (a pet peeve of mine). The Wi-Fi was pretty pedestrian.

Very clean and I love the fact that it's plain and simple yet inviting. Less is best! We had a nice quiet area. Slept very well and I'm fussy when away from home. 😊👍

Bed is a little too firm but cleanliness made up for that.

Very convenient. Timmies in pk lot. 24 gas across street. Right on the edge of town so perfect for getting on the hwy first thing in the morning
