Hotel As

As most of the reviews tell this is a very nice hotel located not so nicely. Meaning that for tourist purposes it´s a good 2km hike to the tourist areas on the seafront. But then again the train station is just next to it and so is a big supermarket and the closest restaurants are about 50m away. Hotel itself is a comfortable and clean unit. Good breakfast, stable wifi and decent sized rooms. I stayed for one week and enjoyed my time.

Location not the best but manageable.

Exceptionally friendly hotel staff and clean room with a spacy bathroom. The reception have booked for me all the local bus and ferry trips. The breakfasts served there also have met my expectations. The bus stop to the airport is just 5-10 minutes walk away.

For the pandemic times the hotel is fully sufficient and quite isolated. A supermarket open even on Sunday mornings is just 200m away and a nice local traditional grill restaurant is within a 10 minute walk. Possibly the shower cabins could be a bit larger, if had to complain about anything.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. The girl on shift at the time of our arrival made her best efforts to help us with reaching the Old town. The hotel is located in an industrial area. The Old town is far for walking, and there is no convenient public transport, therefore the receptionist helped us a lot. There is a parking in front of the hotel.

There is no elevator. We had lots of luggage, and we carried it to the room by hand. We received an apartment with a tub in the bathroom. There was no shower but only a shower handle, part of the tub. This was quite inconvenient because when you want to take a shower, you are forced to stay inside the tub, and use the shower handle with one hand.

It's situated in industrial zone, and last 100m there are not lamps in the road. But there are only 20 min to Split centre. And don't forget railway station Split Predgrade - it's very near to hotel

Loved the staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful♡ luggage storage was available before we could check in. Breakfast was nice. Nice air condition. Near to a grocery store that had opened between 7-22 which was perfect (konzum). Near train station split penegrade. The cleaning ladies where friendly and said hi every morning when we saw them♡

To centrum it was a 45 minute walk, but nice walk! No elevator.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. It is also a very short walk away from a large shopping center and a bus stop that is very well connected to the city center.

The street where the hotel is located has almost no sidewalk and it feels a bit dangerous to go there if you don't drive up. And there is a construction site that is sometimes noisy in the vicinity.

Breakfast was plentiful and a nice choice, with fruit juices and coffee and tea. Staff were amazing/helpful and always brought a smile every day.. rooms fab, super clean everywhere and relaxing hotel, wi-fi amazing, no lift/elevator but no problems for us. Always hot water etc bedside lamps and fridge hair dryer..

To be honest we found everything was perfect

We loved everything here, the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Also the breakfast satisfied our requests. The room was a little bit small but was enough for our purpose in Split.

Very friendly staff that met all our requirements,free parking in front of the hotel (free of charge and no need to book in advance) clean room and good breakfast. The hotel is situated close to the stadium and the location was perfect for my one night business stay.

A one night stop over before ferry to Ancona. The hotel is an industrial sector but is very good. Rooms comfy and bed. Breakfast good choice. Bar prices incredible G anT under 5 euros! Hotel about 30 mins from old town if walking. Staff are brilliant so friendly and speak amazing English.

Shower doors very small or maybe I am too big! Views of indistrial sector but nothing really.
