Really lovely, clean and modern hotel in Split, with an exceptional staff. I had a sea view from my room, which was nice, but I admit I was spoiled having been in Dubrovnik before, with a sea view and no city scene beneath it, but it was still nice. The wifi was lightning fast, the room service quick, and the shower was really great--great water pressure and hot water. Bed was also very comfortable. Plenty of storage as well for your clothes and things, exceptional actually, allowing you to keep organized. Mini bar was empty so I did not use that. The breakfast was good. I also really liked the colors and decor of the hotel, felt very high end.

I don't like to complain, but I must have misunderstood, I ordered room service one night, chicken noodle soup, but it was just chicken broth, a few noodles and little carrots, no chicken that I could see, so I was a little disappointed. Also, the Diet Coke came with a top on it and I didn't have a bottle top remover, and was too tired to go looking for one and didn't want to call and have room service return for something like that, but I was disappointed I could not drink my Diet Coke. Yes, minor things. Also, I stayed here because I was working in the area, but not sure I would stay here if I wanted to be nearer to the Old Town.

An amazing amount of choice for breakfast, decent coffee, he complains that the "traditional English" breakfast items are cold, but there's so much other choice it's not the end of the world, beans were particularly tasty (if tepid). We used the spa a couple of times and it was great, pool was deep enough for a swim. Didn't bother with the bar or restaurant. 4 mins walk to the coast path, 30 mins stroll into old town or 10 mins passed the harbour to interesting beach coves.

Roof top pool rather shallow and not enough sun loungers, chose the hotel for a pool and loungers !

The location of The Marvie is as exceptional. an easy walk to Split and a short Uber ride. Our group books 3 separate rooms and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was so kind as to allow us extra time to eat past breakfast hours one morning when we were struggling to get there early. the spa is 10/10, I’m so glad we took the time to enjoy all the amenities and rooftop pool. Traveling as a group the couch bed was equally as comfortable as the main bed and we loved that for our friends. highly recommend

Lovely modern hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us an early check-in. The room was huge - we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Split centre but we knew this when we booked - it was our final day in Split and we wanted a full hotel experience (a bit of luxury!) after staying in private apartments.

The distance from Split centre, but as mentioned, it wasn't really a bother.

From our first step into the hotel everything was perfect. We have been welcomed by a man named Duje. In a few minutes he showed us the fastest way to the city and he was able to answer all of our questions with smile and very friendly attitude. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable, the sea view is stunning, pool and wellness centre were beyond our expectations, food and the restaurant were also on top level. I really can not say one single bad thing about the staff and the entire hotel. Every single person in the hotel was so friendly and since I am definitely coming back, I hope that Duje will be our host again.

Great location, close to the beaches and a short walk to the old town. Fantastic facilities and the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant and poolside bar food and drinks were excellent and very reasonably priced. Lovely aircon in our room, turn down service was prompt and well executed, we had a double room with a sea view and it was wonderful great shower and toiletries.

The rooftop terrace had a limited number of sunbeds and the pool was fairly small/ shallow. However, that said, we managed to sunbathe each morning and in an entire week's stay, we only went to the beach once because it was busy upstairs.

Everything looks like the pictures which is good. The reception team spoke fluent English and we are always there to assist you. The breakfast was also great. I would also note that it is 100% worth getting the massage is there for those people like me who don’t get massages often. It was great value for money and they actually do a great job. Rooms were quite spacious so you could do multiple things with your partner at ease.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Small rooftop pool with good sea views but could get breezy. Comfortable bed. Only used indoor pool and jacuzzi once but may be more useful when weather is cooler.

Can't criticise too much but felt hotel was to a good standard rather than 4 star and a bit overpriced. Didn't use the spa treatments. It is a little out of the main Split town but can be walked in 20-30 minutes.

We loved the rooftop and indoor pool & spa facilities and our room was lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The included breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of items - the chocolate croissant and the chocolate chip muffins were highlights!

The sun loungers were hard to get hold of due to the slightly limited space on the rooftop but they had comfortable chairs which you could still sunbathe in. Also didn’t like the smell of their body/hand wash and shampoo. only very minor issues, we still had an excellent stay and this didn’t affect our enjoyment!

Very nice facilities, friendly staff, perfect location close to Split city center but also to the nicer beaches, Znjan. Spa was perfect and also very good massage treatments. Nice breakfast buffet and great restaurants with fair prices. The truffle pasta was top! Amazing rooftop with view and pool. Would def. stay here again if ever going back to Split. We checked out and left the luggage at the hotel lobby with the possibility to stay at the pool until our flight was leaving, perfect.

The helicopter from the hospital was passing by quite often, also during the night. It was quite loud and flew low. This was the only negative thing with our stay.
