Radisson Blu Resort & Spa

Location was good, friendly staff, breakfast selection was ok, Split, islands, Marjan park is just beautiful, as all Croatia and its people.

Unfortunately the room and the bathroom were too outdated (didn't get feeling we stayed in Radisson), but this has nothing to do with the hotel's staff, its rather a brand's issue. And this makes a really poor value for the price guests pay (definitely not a eur430 per night room). Also we booked room with sea view, however the room mostly overlooked at some old unfinished constructions... Again no complaints to the staff.

I loved everything about this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I don't normally drink cocktails every day on holiday but I did here. They were amazing! The spa was also pure luxury and I had a wonderful massage with Adrienne. I would return in a heartbeat!

As this hotel is outside the centre of Split I feel it would be beneficial to have a shop on site where holidaymakers could buy incidentals.

The pool area is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Spa is excellent. The hotel is quite far out of town but suited us perfectly. 30minute walk or a 5min taxi for only £3approx. never waited more than 3mins for an Uber.

was a little disappointed that the hotel beach club wasn’t open (8-11th may) also the official path to the beach feels like a back door fire exit. you have to cut down the side of another hotel using an stairways that’s all rusty and overgrown with weeds.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, always friendly & helpful! Special thanks to the wonderful Anna on reception who went above & beyond to help . Pool & spa area was so relaxing .

Food at the pool bar was very poor, tasteless & expensive

The location was less than desirable and some of the views were unsightly. Also, getting to the beach was quite a trek involving approximately 100 stair steps.

the property was amazing. the private beach area was well decked, clean and inviting. the spa was free with sauna and steambath, a swimming pool, an Onsen area and a cosy chill area to do some reading or sleep. the hotel allowed us to utilize the spa even after we checked out and I thought that was really generous of them. there was even a huge locker/change area to bathe and get ready for our trip back.

the staff are not well trained and at times, some were bordering on being curt and nonchalant. I felt no one there would really go the extra mile to help and that spoilt the overall experience. not befitting of a 5 star hotel it boasts to be

The staff in this hotel were very professional throughout. I would particularly highlight the following as being outstanding in their quality of service and in their efforts to assist: Becma and Ivan in the bar area and Nena and Toni in the reception area. The facilities in the Spa are excellent.

We thought the quality of the food on offer could have been better for this standard of hotel. The breakfast buffet was not as good as other hotels we have stayed at in recent years, particularly the limited selection of fruit. The quality of food at the pool bar was disappointing. The menu at the a la carte restaurant was quite limited so we only ate there on one occasion.

The staff were amazing. The spa offered a large range of massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. I had the most perfect massage for 80 minutes. The photos led me to believe that the resort was on the beach, but it's not. Had a indoor and outdoor pool that was really nice.

The price of everything was so expensive. You can get 10% discount, but you have to ask for this every single time. It's free to join and just annoying to have to ask...and ice-cream is not included??? As a suggestion to add a convenience store on site to sell magazines, drinks, snacks, personal hygiene products, baby products, souviners, etc, would have awesome.

The best hotel and service I could dream about for this vacation. Personnel is always smiley, helpful and pleasant (special thank you to Mathea on the reception and all personnel of the restaurants). I smiled hundreds of times every day to these people, because it’s just impossible not to be happy in this place;) Personnel consider and manage your asks immediately. Spa is a big one, clean and beautiful, beach is 3-5 min away by walking. Breakfasts are spectacular and food in the restaurants are super tasty. Massage - 5 stars, highly recommended. I recommend to book the luxury rooms with the sea view - they are truly amazing and cost each EUR. Thank you, Radisson Team for making my vacation in Split unforgettable :)

Everything was perfect

Such an incredible hotel! The facilities are amazing and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight, with so much choice and amazing customer service. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa and by the pool, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit split.

It would have been great if there were more restaurants within walking distance from you the hotel as we had to get taxis in the evening to find somewhere to eat. The restaurants in the hotel had a limited menu, especially for Vegetarians so it would have been nice to have a few more options to choose from.
