Hotel of this level and prestige should have a complimentary bottle of water in the room. We didn't have any. It is a small stain on otherwise a perfect stay.

Wonderful service, helpful staff in every corner of the hotel, they try to meet all your expectations. Separate thanks to Food and Beverage manager, who showed her professional skills and organized every part of her work in a best manner. Excellent breakfast, very good sound insulation at the room - to have extremely comfort and quiet sleep. The place is perfect for stay while traveling to Helsinki.

We were surprised that we didn’t have bath-robes at our room. As we were informed we had to buy them for 20 euros. I think it is not level of Hilton, or any 5* hotel, to sell such essentials.

This was a special stay for us because we had booked a room on our wedding day. Therefore, this also meant that arrived at the hotel quite late and left the next day. However, the staff had made sure that we will have a great stay regardless. All our wishes had been taken care of and we had even received some sparkling with chocolate at the room when we arrived. The view was great towards the sea and the beds were very comfy as well. This was our first visit to this Hilton and I can safely say that after our experience, we will surely come back :). Oh and the breakfast is great too!

The accommodations provided by the room were overall satisfactory, with cleanliness and essential amenities being the highlights. The hotel's location proved convenient, being in close proximity to both the city center and various modes of transportation. As for breakfast, I can't provide an assessment since I didn't avail myself of this service during my stay.

The decor and facilities evoked a somewhat outdated charm, giving the impression that time has left a discernible mark on them.

Very nicely decorated reception area. That you can see the lifts going up and down. Staff very professional and competent. Great view. Great location. Loved the sauna and swimming pool!

Would like the following . More coffee in room (I drink a lot of it). Bathrobes. Code or app to access room so I don’t need to keep track of the tag they give you. Online checkout (there was a bit of a queue, so I had to wait to be checked out). 15 Euro for someone to bring your meal to your room is too much. Water pressure in the shower was less than other hotels.

Smart hotel in a desirable location and - from our room - excellent views. This was backed up by the staff who were efficient, courteous and friendly throughout.

Possibly could have been left with a bit more milk in the room each day - 2 sachets is enough for just a single brew and when you really need 2 or 3 to get you going........ Then again, had it been a real problem, we'd have alerted the staff and I'm confident they would have fixed it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and truly accommodating. They went out of their way to sort out the private wifi connection for me. The room was spacious with large comfy bed. It's actually much cozier than on the pictures. Cleaning was top notch. Breakfast buffet was a treat, very varied, and served till late hours during the weekend. The warm and inviting hotel bar was also a big plus. One of the best Hilton experiences for sure. PS. The hotel has a calm sauna and pool area too!

Good location facing waterfront. Bright and spacious room. Wide selection of evening drinks and snacks at executive lounge, including hot meal and spirits. Spa area on the upper floor with sauna and swiming pool was nice for relaxing. Delicious breakfast, however freshly squeezed juice and prosecco not provided.

Hotel interior seems like it’s from the 1980s, but this really is a matter of perception, just not my favourite. Limited selection of amenities for 5* hotel executive room - no bathrobes, slipers or vanity kits.

What a fabulous place! First of all, the team at the front desk were above and beyond. Super friendly, super helpful. We had a small problem with the room and it was fixed in less then 5 minutes. Everything we asked for taken care of in no time! We came on the "red-eye" flight and they checked us in to the room a bit earlier so we could get some sleep. All the other staff was extremely nice as well. The hotel itself was very clean ad welcoming. Breakfast was good and the warm pool at the top floor was a big plus as well. The room was beautiful and large. Bed was very comfy. By all means, totally a good value for the price. Loved it!

The location is not super central, but there's a trem station right near the hotel and also a cute food market. You can also walk approximately 20 minutes to get to the center so it's not to bad.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a great time. The location is excellent - although work on the new railway line has messed things up a bit and I can't wait for the old market hall to re-open.

I wasn't convinced by the layout of my room (510) - would have much preferred they bedhead to be against the wall. The desk behind the bend was dark and not great to use. I also like to have a longer sofa near the window and a table next to it to put a drink on.
