This is a great option for anyone on a business or pleasure trip to Bonn, as it is a very functional apartment in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. It is just a few minutes by tram to the World Conference Center and under 20 minutes to the city center. The place is adjacent to a walking connection to the trail - Rheintag - along the Rhine and into the forests/ vineyards on the hills above the river.

Nearby dining isn't the very best, but there is a pleasant restaurant 2 minutes away, a small bakery across the street and a convenience story.

Stylish and pleasant studio, Very clean and great facilities when you stay a little longer (private kitchenette, table, wardrobe space with sufficient hangers; shared laundry machine, vacuum cleaners available…), Very friendly staff to welcome us at arrival.

Absolutely no complaints. 1 small practical tip: as a foreigner it wasn’t self evident to recognise the recycling bin colours in the room. In the common area the colours were explained on a poster (nice, thanks!) - would be good to have a the same in the rooms :-)

The studio was a great size and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a fan, and the view from the balcony was great. There was a tram stop less than 4mins from the building, which was convenient!

My room was on the topmost floor, and there were no elevators, making carrying my luggage challenging, but the staff helped me bring it up the stairs.

It was just a one night stay but still I found it really satisfying. The room and the kitchen area are not very big, but really well equipped. Bed is comfy and the whole place is really clean!!! I was surprised it was much cleaner than in *hotels I used to sleep. Also the host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend this place!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and it is amazing how they managed to put a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a desk, a table with chairs and a bathroom in such a tiny space without feeling overwhelmed. I stayed with my husband and two children and we enjoyed the stay. Everything looks new and clean. The receptionist was very friendly. The location was very convenient for me for personal reasons, but to visit Bonn it might not be the best location, a bit far from the city center.

The check-out time could be a bit later (max 10:00 am). The double bed (I guess 1.60 m) felt small for two adults. The rest was perfect.

The place is small and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the coffee machine did a great job in the morning.

My room was facing the street and was a bit noisy. The area is quiet and residential and there are not many options for food and drink.

the rooms were small, but perfectly organised. There was anything you could need, for example in the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable.

electricity was cut when living the room. It means that the washing machine couldn’t finish it’s work when you were outside.

The room is very clean and kichen and toilet are well maintained. The bed is comfy. Small balcony is good for taking some fresh air. It is not noisy even the windows faces one street.

when the folding bed is set, smal space is left between bed and wall which is not convenient for walking back and forth.

my children like the loft design. They have small kitchen for cooking simple food.

No lift for normal people. only one for disable people. The heavy luggage must be delivered to 2nd floor by ourself.

Everything was perfectly and thoughtfully organized, very comfortable easy for transport great staff clean
