Kameha Grand Bonn

Breakfast was amazing. Even on Saturday, when it appeared to have more guests than on Sunday, the buffet was well served. Everything was replenished quickly on the buffet - including the Cava. The attendants were also very kind with us. The location is amazing, in front of the river and well served with things to do.

The room needed some maintenance. The air conditioned didn’t work properly, the room was stuffy even at night. The bathroom drain didn't go down the water right and the bathroom even flooded in the first shower we took. Definitely need a very good maintenance if the hotel wants to keep its stars.

Location is great, if you need to bring a dog with you, highly recommended! Very dog friendly, you can walk your dog nearby ( a lot of greens and next to Rhine!)

We stayed for 3 nights, only one time clean (change towel and throw out trash, no vacuum). One of the roof blinds was broken, and gets quite warm during the day. The cooling in the living room (hero suite) was not working well, the bedroom one is quite ok.

no option to turn down the heat during the night & had to open windows. Room service was expensive & very average quality. pool times should be later as it’s light till 10. 8 pm was too early. they need to ensure that guests are told that they are responsible to pay for the parking under the hotel as it’s definitely not free.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely location. Staff were very obliging - we were able to park our car right outside the entrance which was great as it was full of stuff as my son moving to Bonn. Knowing it was in plain sight was great! Also loved the pool on the roof - nice way to chill in the evening overlooking the city. Many thanks - see you again!

A bit of a walk to the train in the heat - and the rain. But Ubers/ taxis worked well.

Great location, dj set in the evening, Top bed, sliding doors to divide bathroom and bedroom. Bathtub, good wifi and perfect noise cancelling isolation

Weird control system on the wall to control blinders, took us an hour to get along with. :)) Screen cast didn't work, had to watch talent show instead of netflix

Clean, comfortable room, modern design, nice breakfast with a large variety of foods.

No info at the room about breakfast time, opening hours of fitness and spa Spa opening hours are not matching with a business usage (they are open from 9-21, while we wanted to use the fitness at the early morning - before work) Service is not flexible: we were not able to drink a coffee at the bar in the lobby.

Very well located for my business meetings. The staff were excellent with good advice about local facilities. The room was spacious and very comfortable

The gym facilities had good standard cardiovascular machines but the room was rather compact

Setting is unparalleled .. on banks of Rhine & on a large scale. Amazing architecture. Stunning infinity pool! Great rooms .. comfortable beds.

The spa and pool were pretty busy on a rainy Saturday afternoon but everyone was enjoying chilling, swimming and just relaxing!

I forgot the swimming suits in the bathroom . Next day called them . The receptionist said will send post to me but until now nothing happened. That’s not good .

The location of the hotel, they have such a beautiful spare with a very beautiful view. The staff's were friendly and always ready to answer when you call.

Some of the cleaner didn't do their job well. My partner had to instruct him on what to do the next day.
