Best Western Premier IB Hotel Friedberger Warte

The breakfast was very nice and the hotel was much better than I expected. Also it was very close to the place where I had to be early the next morning so it was very convenient and I managed to take a short walk to get to my appointment as the breakfast was starting at 6:30 am. It was perfect as my appointment was at 7:30

I arrived late at night and the only choice for snacks or something to eat given to me by the staff, was to walk to the gas station which was also closed at 11:30 pm and I only managed to get a packet of chips from the gas station. It would be nice to provide some kind of room service.

The room is very clean and comfortable , especially bathroom with new sanitary ! I choose the hotel because of location by the level of service was really very good. Just one thing- I had late arrival at 1am and wasn’t informed about check out at 11am assuming that it’s at 12, as used to be, due to this I checked out at 11.50am and was unpleasantly surprised about 10 euro penalty. My comment about late arrival didn’t work and it looked unlikely that the hotel was fully booked. It would be good to have some exceptions in such cases . Thank you

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly connected with centre by tram. Breakfast hall is welcoming and food is varied, high quality, perfect. Lady Gurleen Kaur at the reception has been simply perfect, helped us a lot for a problem about safe and also about the utilization of computer and in general she was friendly, precise and very professional.

Cleaning of the room was lacking and almost always they didn't add soap and shampoo we had consumed.

Excellent range of breakfast foods and you can get eggs made-to-order for breakfast. There are two restaurants in walking distance and a few shops, including a supermarket. A 10 minute walk to U5 subway and 2 minutes to the bus. Shuttle transfer to the airport took around 25 minutes during morning rush hour and cost around 60 Euro. Good neighbourhood, especially when you compare it to the many hotels around the central train station. There is on-site parking for 15 Euro for a night/ 24 hours.

We stayed 3 separate nights and on the last night there was a rather noisy sports group in the hotel (teenagers). Otherwise they were well behaved, though. A 1 litre bottle of ordinary sparkling water would have been better than the 0.5 litre bottle of fancy still water.

Had a great one night stay here with my spouse and our four-month-old in order to make an appointment at the US consulate at 7am the next morning. The room and bathroom were spacious, the beds were comfy, the towels were soft and fluffy, and we REALLY appreciated the option to have breakfast delivered to the room. It costs an extra 4 Euros, but it was sooo worth it for us. You just check off when and what you want on a list, hang it outside the door the night before, and they bring it to you. It couldn't be easier, and they were generous with the amount of food! The crib was also great -- a good solid Hauck model. Location-wise, we weren't there for sightseeing, but it was an easy walk to the nearest U-bahn stop.

Loved the room, spacious and bright. Comfy beds. Leyensieffer coffee! Breakfast was a feast. Plenty of healthy options. Great location, easy to reach by car and public transit without necessarily getting stuck in traffic

Gym is fine if you're by yourself, working out with strangers might be a bit awkward because the space is rather small Didn't try the sauna because you need to alert the staff 30 minutes prior - thought it would be a waste to launch the entire system for just the two of us before it closes at 10 pm

Nice, modern, and family-friendly hotel. We got a good deal on a suite with a balcony overlooking the backside of the US Consulate. Good price and very close to the US consulate. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked them for a hot water bottle and to keep our luggage on the checkout day. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and crisply made. There was a pamphlet indicating many pillow and mattress topper options to tailor to guest's needs. The bathroom was large and well lit. The contactless check-in and check-out were hassle free. The breakfast buffet was great. There were plenty of options and fresh fruit. Coming via public transportation was easy as the stop Friedberger Warte is 2 minutes away on foot. Next time I come to this area, I will be sure to stay here again.

The restaurant in the lobby was closed, which I didn't realize until I called reception. But there were a couple of other options nearby, one of which was really good.

Stayed here for a night for US visa interview, and it was very close to the consulate. Staff at the reception was so helpful that she gave me a map to the consulate. They even helped me to store my backpack in their storage space right after I checked out to go to the consulate. Breakfast was served in a buffet style, and it was awesome!

originally given an interconnected room for our 3 night stay. No sleep first night as so much noise from a connecting room, door only, NO sound proofing whatsoever so could hear everything from next door. Really these rooms should not be assigned to separate parties. They are only suited for families. Reception staff were excellent and moved us to a quieter room, and that was very satisfactory.

Breakfast well served at time. Room very clean but they don’t supply you more free water. I don’t know if they think clients drink the first bottle for the whole stay. Buying a bottled water for 10€ is worthless Bed very comfortable 👌

The purchased bottled water for 10€. No where in the hotel to get entertained after the work hours. No shuttle to and from the airport to all hotel clients.
