CORTIINA Hotel

Breakfast was perfect! Our room was located in the neighbour building so, to reach the restaurant we had to go outside at first. However, we have ordered the breakfast to the room and thus, besides the great choice of dishes, had no any kind of inconvenience in that matter. The room great, in spit eof the facing the street it was pretty quiet during the night thanks to a good noise protection. Location cannot be better: three minutes from the city centrum, any time you can reach your room back for the rest and then continue siteseeing. Bottle of water every day has been appreciated indeed. Staff professionalism is outstanding! Always willing to help and very effective in that matter!

Nothing in particular. There is a choice of pillows offered by the hotel, You can find the "menu card" on the desk close to the bed. However, would be nice if that point could be stressed at the reception desk during the check in process. I simply could not slip properly at first night due to the pretty tough pillow.

The Cortiina Hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is the perfect combination of chic meets comfortable and cozy. We stayed here because we were attending a party around the corner at the Kull Buffet, a french bistro, and had no idea that the two are owned by the same person. (Kull is also a great place to eat, so book that when you book Cortiina). The Cortiina provides a 4-star experience without a Kempenski price-tag. The staff is professional, and friendly and the rooms are contemporary styled and generously sized. You truly book a weekend retreat when you stay here. Great location too. A bonus was the wonderful spa-like bathtub and sea-salt treatment in the rooms.

The only thing that could be better is offering an a la carte breakfast or option for "small morning bites" rather than being charged for the buffet, which is quite expensive. After a long night out, we only needed a latte and a croissant but ended up paying for two full buffets. Ouch! Having said that, the buffet layout was spectacular! For full appetites, it must be amazing!

The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with dinner reservations and transportation from the airport and to the train station. Our rooms were very functional and had clever modern aesthetic design.

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were hard. We realize we were staying during the Christmas market and it was a very busy time, but we could not get service in the bar or restaurant even though we were hotel guests.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

Exceptional Staff-From the moment my family of 5 stepped out of the taxi van the staff was present and incredibly helpful! We were escorted to our rooms, shown the amenities, and asked if we needed dinner reservations, which they made for us! They booked our cabs for departure as well. While we waited for our train my son realized he still had his physical old style door key. I contacted the property and they sent staff to the train station, met me, collected the key, and charged nothing and said everything was fine!! Amazing!!

An extremely comfortable stay. The location was excellent - in a quiet lane but a stone’s throw from Marienplatz and Viktulienmarkt. The staff were extremely friendly all around - helpful with suggestions for restaurants, things to do. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. You could rent bikes to enjoy the English Gardens

The location is great I like the style of the Property I like the fact that it has a gym staff at the bar in the restaurant knowledge of wine is amazing very friendly staff.

The staff were excellent. We enjoyed the wine bar and the location was fantastic. The room itself was handsome and largely comfortable. The only negatives to report are the pillows were…rather flimsy for such a nice hotel and the shower glass separator did not adequately keep water from getting out onto the floor. But overall a wonderful choice in the heart of Munich.

The staff, most friendly and kind people at the front desk and all other services in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and nicely located in the centre on a busy street. Parking in the underground garage is convenient. We had the Suite, which is marvellous, perfect size and layout. great beds and bathroom. all just good. Love the Ren products! Wine bar in the hotel is nice, they have some special wines on the glass like a Chateauneuf du Pape and nice Pinot Noirs.

Location is unbeatable! Beautiful hotel with a very nice design oriented taste! Early check in was accepted! Breakfast is very delicious! You do not feel like you are in a hotel, you feel like you are occupying your own apartment in the coolest area of munich!

The beds are uncomfortable and low/thin pillows. But you can order different pillows from their pillow menu.
